IVI made our dreams come true. I wasn't a number at IVI and felt like family. They made me feel beyond comfortable and supported at any given moment, even when I emailed them at midnight in total panic and got a very quick and calming response. I couldn't recommend IVI enough - they are truly the best fertility clinic. Thank you, IVI!

Stay away!!! Terrible and careless service, I’m honestly shocked by how unavailable and unresponsive privet medical care clinic can be. 0 responsibility for their patience. I am 9 weeks pregnant, my medications haven’t arrive since one week (obviously fully paid) nobody gets back to my emails or my phones calls since 7 days. Which obviously put this pregnancy in a great danger. On an ethical point this place is functioning so wrong! I found myself twice bleeding without anybody getting back to my mail and calls, after arriving at the clinic based on my own will and asking to see somebody I was told that nobody is available to see me but I have an appointment for next week and meanwhile I can go to ER. On the day of my embryo transfer I was waiting almost an hour without anybody explaining me what’s happening and why each time that I came to the receptionist to ask a question I was sent back to the room with zero patience to wait without any explanation or any care about my personal schedule. Funny enough when you call to the “new costumers number” the phone being picked up within a minute but when you are calling “old costumers number” (after treatment payments are maid) you will call for days without anybody picking up. Regardless the fact that this is a privet clinic, the service is so far away from it. I’m going to make an official complain because the entire experience is so unacceptable and way more stressful than it should be! Constantly feeling like you need to chase somebody and beg to contact you or to see you.

I switched to IVI from LWC having had 4 unsuccessful transfers and felt deflated and frustrated. IVI was wonderful to me, they took time to review my particular case in detail (as opposed to the rushed-through generic 'this works for most' ) and then built a plan. They treated me like an individual and everyone from admin, to nurses and the doctors were so attentive and kind. They seem to focus on quality rather than quantity and it seems to have worked, got pregnant first time with them and now in 2nd trimester. The prices were about the same as the other clinic. Warmly recommended.

My review follows many of the below. STAY AWAY. We chose IVI because I am from Spain and from Valencia. We did not do our homework. We first froze my eggs with them and had a terrible experience (admin never know anything, make mistakes and make you feel so insecure about how things are going) so when we were going to do IVF I had my doubts but then again was too lazy to do my homework thinking they were Spanish...and maybe I would feel more comfortable.. OUR EXPERIENCE: With a completely normal and healthy AMH we did another stimulation with them and then fertilised all eggs (the 1st frozen and the new). None of the new fertilised. We also did a 1st transfer and it did not work straight away. We did a 2nd transfer and same thing. At which point we talked about doing some tests but the Dr. Cesar Diaz, insisted that "statistically speaking" I should get pregnant within 3 transfers. Let me pause there. If you are with them and hear this phrase "statistically speaking" that is the cue to run away. Trust me. Whatever you invested is now sunk cost - if you stay you are in for a downward spiral. I was worried obviously because we had lost 2 embryos and the new cycle had yielded nothing. He insisted so much and we were so ignorant that we did the 3rd transfer. I asked if we should not monitor what happened after transfer to maybe learn what wasnt working and he said there was no point we would not be able to see anything. So they just transferred the 3rd embryo and didnt see me again until 10 days later for the pregnancy test. And it didnt work. We did some test after that and everything was fine. We did another stimulation with them and again yielded nothing. At this point they were already suggesting that if this trend continued the next step they would suggest would be changing the gamete. This was such hard news we decided to go and see an independent consultant Ms Yoon called the Queen of IVF as she has had herself 25 IVF to have 2 children, is a gynaecologist and knows the industry inside out. She shared all her knowledge for quite a high fee and then we did our homework. I literally left IVI London by slamming the door NEVER to go BACK THERE AGAIN. It has been such a painful experience. They used our ignorance and our miss information to make us think that the only way forward would be changing the gamete!!! This cost me a lot of sessions with my psychologist, loads of wasted money and time and hope and trust. OUR CONCLUSION: The best clinic in London is the ARGC and that is where we are now. They do not give you a one size fits all protocol like IVI do. They take your blood every single day and give you the medication day by day, scans every other day to make it as personalised as it possibly can be. And after transfer that continues!! Blood test every other day and scans to make sure they know where YOU are at each step. With them we have had 3 successful cycles, we have now 6 good tested embryos and are going through our first transfer. For which we have had so much more follow up and treatment before and after. I wanted to write this before we get the results as I think its completely independent of if it goes well or not, the feeling with the ARGC unlike with IVI is that they have done EVERYTHING possible to make this happen. ARGC are not fancy, but they are so in the know of whats going on with YOU. When you ask a nurse they immediately look at your file and know what to recommend. We have built the trust again that IVI completely destroyed. ARGC might be a bit more expensive but with IVI you are taking a gamble and quite frankly I wish I had known. STAY AWAY.

I would like to thank IVI for their exceptional support in helping us conceive in first go. We were having infertility since 5 years. I cant thank enough the team for helping me through out the process from scans to retrieving the eggs to egg transfer. I was able to retrieve 10 embryos. I will be having our baby girl in March 2022. I will highly recommend them as they have exceptional service and they looked after me so much. I was communicated through email and phone and getting appointment as per my own preference was really good. I’d like to thank Dr Diaz Dr Benjamin and the nursing team for such an incredible support. I remember I questioned dr Diaz will this work and he said don't worry you will see everything will go smooth and it did I will recommend all those couples reading this who are having infertility issues. Please go as this clinic can make it work and happen for you. No doubt its cost are expensive but then again it can make your dreams come true.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away! What an awful awful company. Having already paid IVI for a 'consultation', we were then referred to IVI London who wanted us to pay another 'consultation' fee at 3x the price. Sadly, they're a money-orientated company who are hiding behind hope of people - steer clear is my advice. There are other companies out there with a far better service - who won't charge you for initial conversations and be far better value for money. Make note of the other 1 star reviews, I can actually agree with these also as the communication is appalling. Calls made, messages left, emails sent and no replies after weeks of waiting. Find a professional outfit, as if a company can't manage the initial day to day admin and communication, this is what will likely continue throughout your time with them. When challenged on being charged a 2nd time to speak with London and asked if it was a joke, I was informed by staff that it is their 'company policy' to charge you money for 'any time' you speak to them. What a company! Appalling attitude! As you'll see below, its of no surprise to hear from the 'marketing department' desperate to protect their brand. Perhaps it should look on its system more thoroughly or even talk to their client engagement teams. I still receive marketing and even Xmas greetings - all this from a department who are completely unaware of my existence - allegedly. I'm sure everyone could find better.

I was referred to IVI London for preliminary tests. The initial booking request was easy and quick. The tests only consisted of blood tests and we waiting weeks and weeks for the results. Our tests were taken in September and now in November we are still waiting for complete results. I received my initial results via email and now I am told my husbands results were sent to Spain and that I would have to obtain from them. Then I was informed my husbands results have been loaded to the patient portal, which is not the case. I am going between London and Spain and cannot seem to obtain my husband’s results. I cannot understand why it is so difficult to simply email across. To pay over £1000 for nothing more than blood tests and wait all lost 2 months….. this is outrageous and totally unacceptable. The journey of IVF is already an emotional and stressful one without the unnecessary stress caused by poor admin and poor communication. I definitely will not be progressing any treatment through IVI

As a former patient I would not recommend the IVI. There is so much I could write here as each visit there were upsetting incidents, but I will try to keep it brief. I was talked about by staff in front of other patients almost every time I was there and my confidentiality wasn’t maintained. As other people have commented, I found the admin team really rude and they created a really negative atmosphere. I had to query almost every prescription they gave me and have them alter them – they didn’t prescribe the right amounts and levels. This made me very uncomfortable as I am not a medical professional, but I took more care to check each prescription than they did. A nurse walked in on me while I was getting undressed after I told her I would call her when I was ready. She did not apologise and refused to leave. She then tried to remove the piece of paper I had grabbed to cover myself so she could lay it out flat, which would have left me completely exposed. I have asked repeatedly for an apology and they won’t give me one, saying she apologised at the time. She didn’t. I don’t see what it would cost them to apologise even if she thought she had already. The clinic’s attitude and constant mistakes caused me so much stress that I started to suffer from panic attacks. I had a panic attack on my last day there, and the doctor just coldly tried to start a conversation with me in the middle of it about something unrelated while I was gasping for breath. I was put at risk of developing breast cancer, which is within my family, in order to give me HRT. The reason for giving me HRT was entirely avoidable and was just because of their disorganisation and lack of thinking through of my case. I now have issues with my cervix which my consultant says may be due to the massive levels of oestrogen they prescribed me. I think a lot of the people who work there are not bad people, but I also think the clinic seemed a bit like a conveyor belt where they have their way of doing things and it is hard to be listened to. The disorganisation drove me mad. I know IVF is stressful, but all of the above and more contributed to making my experience ten times harder than it had to be.

Overall we've had a great experience at IVI and only have positive things to say. The team have been excellent every step of the way and always made us feel supported. Even during Covid while rules were always changing, they made sure everything went smoothly for us and we could always reach someone if we had a problem. We always felt welcome to ask questions, especially the truly wonderful embryologists who took time to answer my many queries. They really did everything they could to help. This made such a difference for us during what is by no means an easy process. We’ve had 2 rounds so far, our last round giving us our beautiful daughter now almost 8 weeks old. We are truly grateful to everyone involved. Once we're ready, we will be coming back to IVI!

My husband and I had a really poor experience with IVI. We booked an initial consult and blood test and everything seemed to be going smoothly. We had a lot of upcoming travel, so scheduled a follow-up appointment to review timings for when to start medications. The original doctor we saw had left the practice, so we emailed with someone new. There was a mixup with my pharmacy getting the necessary medications (unsure if the pharmacy or IVI was at fault), but we missed the window to start treatment. We reached out again for further guidance on timing and were given our third doctor (third in a very short amount of time, turn over here seems very high). IVI never picks up the phone (like ever, I’ve called probably 15 times at all hours of the day) so we emailed. They kicked us to a nurse, who I scheduled a call with to try and understand the standard protocol (i.e. timing for each of the events, so we could compare that to our travel schedule and figure out when to start treatment). The call was very difficult, the nurse seemed unwilling or unable to provide answers to basic questions about timelines in the abstract, just saying we needed to call in before starting treatment. At this point, we were feeling a bit nervous so wanted to look elsewhere. I asked for my medical history, so we wouldn’t have to redo costly blood tests etc. That was over two months ago…. I followed up around 8 times and was told each time that they were waiting for the doctor. I’ve had to hold up treatment elsewhere while we wait. We’re looking into filing a complaint.

I underwent fertility preservation treatment at IVI London and my experience has been flawless. Everyone from the receptionists, the nurses and the doctors have shown empathy, professionalism and understanding throughout my treatment. The hormones protocol can get overwhelming and I appreciated the staff availability when I panicked and called on weekends or late in the evening! Thank you to the whole team for going through this with me and special thanks to Dr Lukaszewski who handled my mood swings gracefully:)

The people at IVI are lovely, and I’ve received really good treatment there. It has been a great experience. Unfortunately, their on-call number is never available, and we have been sitting for 3h at A&E when a simple phone call and advice from them would have sufficed. Lovely people, but please keep your on-call line available as this situation is very frustrating, thank you!

We are so grateful to the whole team of IVI London for the most excellent, professional and individually tailored care provided to us. We have a lovely son couple of years ago and decided to have another to complete our family . Thanks to the most dedicated team , my wife got conceived with first cycle again . The consultations with the doctor and nurses were exactly on given time. There was no any unnecessary waiting which really helped us to plan for rest of the day . Whenever we needed to speak to they replied to emails rather quickly. We are so impressed with the professionalism, attitude, punctuality and friendliness of all the members of IVI team and thankful to each and everyone!!!! We highly recommend!!!

I feel blessed to have had my IVF journey with IVI. It started with detailed information on the care they offer, tests they provide and, with the results of the tests they gave me, honest and understandable advice on my best options going forward. I have always felt that the clinic has had my best interest at heart and that I wasn’t a number on their system or a statistic. The personal touch was there from the very beginning and it really felt like we were all in this journey together. They wanted success just as much as we did. There has ALWAYS been someone to talk to whenever I had questions (which there are a lot of) but I found that emailing was always easier than trying to call, but I always received a response quickly. If I ever had any concerns or worries, I only had to tell the admin or nursing staff and my care would be explained or adapted, or the admin staff would be able to find the answers. I will always be grateful for every call back, every email, every hug, and support, the patience, the kindness and above all the care I have been given over the year that me and my husband have been coming to the London Clinic – To all the staff Admin, Doctors, Consultants, and Nurses we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts and words will never be able to express our gratitude. You all turned a stressful, emotional, rollercoaster in to an adventure we will treasure forever.

We were recommended IVI by a friend and to be honest went with low expectations with PCOS and severe MFI. We were close to giving up and I was very anxious about putting myself through another round of IVF after the experiences my husband and I have had in the past. From the start the IVI staff were clear, friendly, professional. Dr Diaz was our consultant and his experience shone through. We started our treatment with confidence and ended up with 3 healthy embryos. We were very lucky as our first transfer was a success, and our beautiful baby boy is now a month old. We really can’t recommend IVI highly enough to anyone seeking treatment. Thank you for making this possible for us.

I would not recommend this clinic. Although the environment of the clinic is nice, the physicians are inflexible and do not hear the patient and the adm team is really disorganized. If you are over 40, this is a *no go*, they say and repeat ( many times, during the whole cycle) that the chances are low which add an unnecessary pessimism approach during the cycle. Overall, I thought the staff ( except the nurses) unprofessional. Additionally, they do not request blood tests during the cycle to save money, and only request one blood test before the trigger shot ( (there is not a close monitoring) There are lots of IVF clinic in the UK which would give you a better service and better chances

Not sure about others but I found it is extremely intimidating that they require a copy of your passport and take a picture of your face when you arrive. The doctor told me I might have problem so required me to pay extra on top if my consultation to do a blood test. Then it took them two weeks to send through results abs I was fine... unbelievable! Very poor service abs I won’t return for sure.

Cesar the Great !! We had a wonderful experience with Cesar and the team. We would highly reccommend IVI to everyone. We travelled from Ireland as our fertility consultant Dr Kent Ayers ( absolute scientist when it comes to prescriptions if you’re in Ireland he is the man) spoke so highly of IVI London. Although our first implantation did not work and it was the height of covid we looked in to other clinics in Ireland so we could try again. They did not compare to IVI in anyway so we delayed our treatment so we could return to IVI and we were thankfully successful. We cannot thank the team enough. What you need in a clinic is an excellent lab, a skilled team and great communication, IVI has it all, from the admin team to the lab they are an absolute pleasure to deal with.The lab alone is top class and an extremely highly skilled team, we have experienced other clinics where the communication was poor and it felt like a business transaction. IVI is the opposite of this, they want the best possible outcome for you, Cesar is amazing, he takes the time to speak with you and you don't feel rushed, he was extremely patient with me and my multiple questions, on reflection I was highly irrational at times to be honest but Cesar never made me feel that my ideas or thoughts were not listened to, we genuinely felt like we were his only patients, he rang out of hours all the time and when we did get to London the team were so great and welcoming, so helpful and friendly we really found the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. I just knew on the second implant that it had worked, there was so much great energy in the clinic I felt so confident in the teams ability. You have to trust that they are the experts and their success rates prove that they know what they are doing. Fertility issues are stressful enough without feeling like you are just another number. IVI really makes you feel that they are rooting for you every step of the way.

Most incompetent clinic I’ve ever come across. Keep away ! Spent £ 500 for inconclusive test results and got drugged with antibiotics that caused me serious illness. 2 months after I’m still not back to normal! Booked an appointment @ IVI to get my fertility check as well as to get some test as we been trying for a baby so my concern was some odd discharge that keeps reappearing. After the check up and swabs and blood sample I was prescribed a dose of antibiotics that I should start taking ASAP with out any lab results for bacteria as yet or any blood work results. It seemed odd to me but I’ve followed doctor’s prescriptions as most of us would do. Generally I do avoid drugs and choose more naturally based remedies. As soon as I’ve started taking antibiotics I come out in spots on my face as well as a rash on my body and migraines to follow for 2 weeks. And even now after 3 months i don’t feel back to normal. Results from the clinic came about a week later from my visit. My smear test was inconclusive and they advised me to get an other test done in 3 months at my own expense again. The other results for fungus or bacteria including candida come normal as it’s nothing wrong with me. So my question to them was : why did I get prescribed antibiotics that made me so ill if they have not found any illness or bacteria ? They could not answers this question. Instead I was offered more test at my own expense and was refused a refund ! Completely joke ! Since then I have visited an other clinic an other £500 later the blood works come back as elevated blood sugars and candida that I’ve been experiencing for the past few months before I went to get tested @ IVI clinic. The results made sense as described all I was feeling and experiencing. So IVI clinic was complete waist of money plus I’ve messed up my intestinal flora then caused serious health issues.

My experience with IVI London has been positive from start to finish. Choosing a clinic can be overwhelming and it’s difficult to know where to start but IVI explained every step clearly along the way and made me feel happy with my choice. The clinic is well located and comfortable, all the staff are friendly and helpful. My questions have been answered in full and it’s easy to contact the clinic if you forget something or are unsure. They set realistic expectations throughout and I am pleased with the outcome of my treatment so far. I would recommend IVI to others, and already have one friend now using them too.

I don't know what this trip to IVI was like for someone else, but for me it was wonderful, with many hopes especially since I don't know English so well but the whole team made me feel like in a family and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful and successful experience freezing my eggs at IVI in London. The clinic was very clean and comfortable, and all of the nurses and doctors were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They really know what they are doing here. I got more eggs than expected and would recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about freezing their eggs.

Thank you IVI London, you made our dream come true. After several years of fighting and failures in France and in Spain, our IVF worked first time at IVI London. Dr Diaz took care of us with great availability, perfectly clear and complete explanations and great transparency. What professionalism and what precision in the follow-up of the treatment! In addition we are a French English couple and Dr Diaz speaks perfect English and French which made things easier for us. We were also able to benefit from a personalized assistant, Coline, who is bilingual French / English and who was extremely helpful and kind.

We owe Dr Diaz and the rest of the team a huge thank you for their personable and professional care. We have our gorgeous daughter thanks to them and their expertise treatment. We felt like human beings the whole way through, not just a number in their portfolio of clients. I have recommended them to others and they were recommended to us by a friend who has also seen success thanks to the team.

I highly recommend IVI London if you are looking for effective results for your fertility issues. Although i was initially sceptical, I quickly became convinced that I can trust the IVI doctors to give me the best advice. At 44 years old, i am overjoyed to be 24 weeks pregnant with my first child. I would like to thank Dr Diaz, Dr Lukaweski and the team at IVI London for taking good care of me during my treatment. Even though the clinic can get very busy sometimes and you may not get immediate answers, someone there will always return your call and ensure that the clinic delivers on all important matters to achieve your desired results.

Our experience at IVI London has been a slight roller coaster. My wife and I began our journey in 2019, where their first approach was to run mandatory blood and genetic tests on my wife and I, after the results, the process was put on hold due to Covid-19. However, we resumed things in 2021, having done one successful cycle of egg collection and PGT-A testing of the embryos, we were ready to proceed with our first transfer. However, Dr. Galian advised us that we shouldn't transfer due to the presence of a fibroid within my partner's uterine lining and recommended that we have it removed and then return within a few months to proceed with the transfer. We did just that and recently we transferred one of our embryos which resulted in a successful pregnancy. Along the way, we did experience some miscommunication on the administrative side of things but when it came to the skill and expertise of the medical team at IVI London they did deliver. I would like to emphasise Dr. Gilan's and the IVI team's knowledge because previously we had two unsuccessful transfers at a different clinic and their doctors advised us NOT to remove the fibroid as it could potentially cause scarring to my wife's uterus, and they also put us in touch with a fibroid specialist who confirmed NOT to interfere with the fibroid. Dr. Galian was adamant in her belief in removing the fibroid, and she put us in touch with Dr. Barnick, a fibroid specialist who reaffirmed the belief to remove it. It's thanks to Dr. Galian that we did not risk an embryo, because we were all set to transfer before the topic of the fibroid was discussed. The previous clinic tested my wife's thyroid when she prompted them, and the fertility doctor assessed that it was fine to proceed, but it failed. Whereas, IVI London carried out the TSH test and highlighted the thyroid result was abnormal and needed to be addressed. Thank you again to the doctors and the nurses at IVI London :)

I had my first beautiful son in 2021 thanks to this wonderful clinic, and am now in the early stages of pregnancy with my second child thanks to their treatment. I cannot champion this place enough. From the second you walk through the door until the second you are discharged, you are made to feel like their most important patient. The nurses are particularly welcoming and kind. My consultant Dr Tomasz Lucazewski deserves a special mention. I was blown away by how gentle, compassionate and kind he was throughout the process. His passion for his work is clear. He is a very special man and I feel lucky to have undergone treatment from him at this excellent facility. I have already referred several friends to IVI and will continue to sing its praises. IVI Clinic was absolutely amazing. From day one we were welcomed and taken care off, we managed to fly through our IVF treatment, and all the way it was professional and we felt well informed bout the process. Doctors and nurses as well as all the admin staff very pleasant and professional. My husband and I highly recommend this clinic.

Highly recommended! I had an amazing experience from the beginning until the end at IVI London and wonderful wonderful results from my treatment. I decided on going with IVI London after shopping around among a few other clinics in Central London. The main reason is that everyone at IVI London is kind, patient and professional which is very important for having a pleasant experience. My main doctor is Dr.Lukaszewski who is not only very kind, patient and professional but also super experienced and knowledgeable. He would calm me down when I get worried. He would always patiently answer my questions and respond quickly. He's a very trustworthy doctor who always has my best interest in mind. Our experience with IVI has been great and we highly recommend this clinic. This clinic met all our expectations. The clinic has a very welcoming staff, everybody is super friendly and professional. The communication with all departments were smooth and quick. We never had any issues with any of the processes. Our Dr Tomasz Lukaszewski is a profesional and very kind, understanding doctor. We have been on our IVF journey for several years, and we are really grateful we found IVI. Everyone from the nursing team to our consultants have always been professional, helpful and caring. The clinic is well organised, has a calm environment and the team are responsive and knowledgeable: we always felt there was someone we could talk to regardless of the type of question we had. We want to particularly thank Dr Lukaszewski who has been incredibly supportive, professional and committed to helping us make our dream a reality. He left no stone unturned, spent a huge amount of time reviewing our medical history and explaining options with pros and cons, and always made us feel cared for. We are very grateful for his professionalism, his commitment and most of all his humanity – which is rare to come by! We would recommend IVI over other clinics we have experienced – IVF is a stressful journey, and IVI helped us navigate through the bad and the good moments. We are so grateful to IVI and Dr Tom and the team for getting us this far!

Our journey starts a few years ago when we started in Italy with different clinics. All times we we felt they were not honest with us and keep pushing to pay and pay more and when not successfully they only said nothing to do, let’s try again, so a business market. At IVI London, instead, we felt since the 1st day a trustful team, no hidden fees as we had everything agreed and signed on the quote we received. Our doctor was Dr Tomasz L., and what I can say about him is that he is a wonderful, professional, and very qualified. He offered us understanding, support, empathy and help to understand why several times back in Italy wasn’t successfully and proposed a way to move forward. He was always accessible to us by e-mail and phone. IVI proposes a very easy and understandable process to follow, using their APP you have all information, appointments, and documents at your hand. From the very first appointment with the clinic when we reached, we felt they’re incredibly responsive. All the Staff, including doctors, nurses, admin personal were great 😉 We would like to give a special thanks to Dr Tomasz Lukaszewski, who was always very attentive throughout our journey at IVI. Thank you all and keep doing your best to make all HAPPY!

Very highly recommend IVI and the team of doctors and nurses. Dr Lukaszewski is the gold standard of patience, skill, and great positive energy, and showed so much care for me during my IVF journey. The nurses are so caring, knowledgeable, and funny, and everything combined just made the journey so much easier and less daunting. Thank you!!

Complete waste of time and money! Which is frustrating and a crying shame as you come to them because you are short of time! Doctors are great but the nurses and admin team are useless. The Dr’s will issue you a next step but no one follows up to take fees and make appointments. The phone is never answered and the only people who reply to emails are the dr’s. If you have queries about the steps taken, you have to wait weeks before you get a reply or in some instances they send you links that blind you with science rather than talking you through the steps. If you asked to raise a formal complaint, no one will ever came back to you. As such I am now raising this with trading standards and the governing body. Like other negative reviews here, I’m sure they will write a lengthy reply as this is viewed publicly, yet in private they are nowhere to be seen! Rather than a lengthy reply, put more effort into keeping in touch with your clients, manage continuity, queries and communication in a ‘timely’ manner, and respond to complaints to put matters right. IVI clearly care a lot about advertising and their public image, it’s a shame they don’t spend more money and attention on their administration teams, internal process and complaints and communication.

Hello! I would like to express my opinion about the IVI London clinic. With the help of Dr. Cezar Diaz, I am two months pregnant today, it was a pleasant experience, the staff was very attentive. So, in short, I only have words of praise for this clinic. Thank you to the entire team for all.

We have had the most positive and amazing experience at IVI. The whole team starting from Dr. Cesar Diaz and Dr. Marina Diaz to the nursing staff have been lovely.
