Highly Recommend Mr Pisal and London Gynaecology! I was recommended Mr Pisal by a few of my medical colleagues. From the first consultation - I knew I would be happy and comfortable under the care of Mr Pisal. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon - he was patient, explained things thoroughly and put myself and my husband at ease. I was booked in for surgery swiftly within 2 weeks of my first consultation and was extremely happy with the minimal scarring and post surgical recovery- thanks to Mr Pisal’s meticulous surgical skills. I suffered no post op complications and was back to normal within 3 weeks! Being a doctor myself I’d like to say I thrive to be as Compassionate, Caring and Knowledgeable as Mr Pisal one day. I would like to share our experiences from our first visit in the clinic. Starting from the receipt all through all the staff is so kind, experient and did their job in the best manner and time. My partner had her first early pregnancy ultrasound scan prior 8weeks. The Sonographer Daniela Pavel was the best person we could wishing to see us. She was so,so kind carefully, friendly, nicely and and she make the best observations and provide us with all the information she could. At the end we have imegges and we left happy. Thank you everyone .Ms Daniela Pavel is so professionally trained,we couldn't be more lucky and couldn't wish anyone better. We had the best time and an amazing experience. Very happy to recommend the clinic. It was recommended to us by a very thrust full friend.

I had an appointment with Mrs Pisal and she was just awful. She certified me that I had a condition after a scan; which threw me into a very sad state. She then did some blood tests and then told me it was sure that I didn't have the condition. It was clear that she didnt know what she was doing so I went to see another doctor who was much more sensitive and professional when announcing a patient's issue. Don't recommend going to her.

Absolutely superb. When my partner was first diagnosed with her ovarian cyst issue, we were extremely concerned as to what this could mean for her fertility. London Gynaecology were extremely helpful in explaining everything to us, and honestly were a life saver. She had quite a complex issue that under the NHS would most likely have been resolved in a way which would have been very detrimental to her fertility, however, the combined expertise in London Gynaecology were able to provide a solution that avoided this. Mr Narendra Pisal is absolutely amazing, I wish every consultant is like him - special thank you to Ms Michelle Swer and Mr Cesar Diaz-Garcia who were also extremely helpful in providing a solution to us. We are so fortunate a place like London Gynaecology exists :)

I had an amazing experience with Ms Rhonda Fleming. I felt very cared for and super happy with my results with her recommendations! Her admin assistant Omar is also a gem! I would wholeheartedly recommend London Gynaecology and doctors Narendra Pisal and Hemant Vakharia! I had several issues (severe endometriosis, fibroid, polyp) and Mr Pisal coordinated a team of 3 specialists to perform a surgery and address all the problems. Mr Vakharia was the endometriosis specialist who successfully cleaned everything through laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Both Mr Pisal and Mr Vakharia explained everything to me in a very professional, kind and reassuring manner, they patiently answered my long lists of questions and demonstrated honesty and trustworthiness throughout the whole journey (from the initial consultation to the post-op check up). My recovery was smooth and I barely have any scars, which is a testament to their excellent skills and quality of work. Both doctors are advocates for women’s health and I am so grateful for their care and support! London Gynaecology has 2 clinics centrally located - I used them both for various consultations and appointments. Staff and nurses are excellent, they respond quickly to queries, are attentive, go out of their way to make things happen on time. After a few negative experiences with other gynaecologists, I’m very glad I found this clinic and doctors. They are amazing, genuinely passionate about their work and I am so happy I entrusted them with my care.

I had my operation in July 2021 at the Great Portland Hospital under the expert hands of Mr Pisal. The pre op consultation was professional and reassuring. My operation was successful and minimally invasive. Post operation care was excellent and I had a speedy full recovery. I highly recommend Mr Pisal for any gynaecological matters.

I had consultation and a laparoscopic surgery with Mrs Pisal. Mrs Pisal is absolutely fantastic, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable, her kind and compassionate approach made me at ease and less worried about the procedures I needed to do. My surgery was arranged at The London Clinic in less than 3 weeks from our first appointment and all went well. Mrs Pisal kept constant communication directly with me and via her team and I felt very well looked after also in the post-op recovery at home.

I could not be more grateful to Dr Pisal and the entire London Gynaecology team. As an 80yo woman, I have suffered with women's health issues for more than a decade. Despite encouragement from family, I have been reluctant and scared to address my issue. Yet, when I met Dr Pisal, he immediately put me at ease. He is the first gynaecologist to whom I was able to fully trust and be comfortable with. I really appreciated his patients in educating me about my condition. I also really appreciated him first trying to pursue non-surgical routes as a solution to my problem. Once it became apparent that only surgery could help, I agreed. The surgery was a huge success and I am doing 90% of my usual daily activities less than 2 months since the operation. It was a big decision for me to go under general anaesthetic and to do the surgery but I am delighted that I did. Thank you, Dr Pisal.

The hospital was clean and easy to find, and the appointment was quick-ish, but the follow up was very disappointing. I went private as I travel a lot and couldn't wait for a scan through the NHS because I wanted my results very quickly. When I initially booked my appointment, I was told the results would take around 10 days, I called the reception to confirm and the handler confirmed that this was accurate. I also asked the doctor and she confirmed this. I was eager to get my results before leaving the UK, but it took longer than 10 days. When I emailed the clinic to find out why, the respondent said that the doctor was at an event. Ridiculous considering I paid nearly 1000 GBP for this fast track service. In the end, I waited nearly 1 month for my final results, so it made no difference at all going private, and feels like a waste of my money.

I want to publicly thank Mr Pisal & Mrs Pisal for their outstanding level of care towards me. They went above and beyond in providing me with the highest level of care during a very difficult and traumatic time. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication truly made a difference in my life. I had 2 consultations with Dr Vakharia. He very patiently listened to my problems and took time to discuss everything. I never felt rushed and I was finally being taken seriously (other practitioners in the past were often dismissive and disinterested). Dr Vakharia was so kind and compassionate that I felt confident enough to decide on having surgery which is something I’d never thought I’d do due to my terrible medical phobias. I was given the mobile number for the clinic’s lead nurse, Jennifer, whom I had a call with before and after surgery. She very promptly contacted the hospital to inform them about my issues to allow them time to plan. The surgery went smoothly and 5 days on I still can’t believe that I can barely feel the incisions. Based on my experience, Dr Vakharia and the anaesthetist Dr Ziyad are arguably the best experts in their field. They both came to see me the day after my surgery, along with the lovely Dr Pisal who came to check on me 2 days after, on the Sunday! They also obviously choose very carefully who they work with because The London Clinic where the operation was performed was second to none. It’s also important to note that communication with the practice was easy and all my emails and queries were answered the same day. Hand on heart, this was the best service (medical or otherwise) I have ever received and would not go anywhere else now.

All the staff deserve 5*. Dawn, in the office, is utterly professional and efficient and kind, Jennifer the practice nurse is compassionate and reassuring and Mr Phadnis has my complete trust. A highly skilled surgeon with years of experience: he is also extremely considerate. I believe that I am receiving the best cancer care that’s available.

My consultation with Dr. Pistal was amazing. His professionalism along with his ability to explain clearly and properly what my issues were and how I can solve them was extremely helpful. The clinic itself was clean and professional. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely go back again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Pisal and his wonderful team. I was in pain for many years and the quality of my life was rapidly declining. After an initial consultation and scan Mr Pisal was able to diagnose me and explain my years of pain. I opted to have a hysterectomy eventually and the care I have recieved has been exemplary. I was terrified of surgery and going under , but I was treated with great kindness and care and felt very safe at a vulnerable time. My recovery is going well and I feel as if my life is begining again. I do not feel I would have had such a positive outcome with any other surgeon. The doctor was fantastic. The invoice was messed up again. Got I insurance, confirmed in reception, still repeated informed and charged incorrectly. No ideas what’s going on there. Bad financial management team. Really annoying and caused inconvenience.
