This is our second visit to the Four Oaks Inn. Truly, no detail has been overlooked in the beautifully restored, historic mansion right down to the gas lanterns and original pull doorbell. The vibe at the stately Inn is warm and inviting - the grounds, beautiful. Each morning at the Inn is a treat. Janet and Steve create a delicious, beautifully prepared and plated multi course breakfast. Dining by candlelight is a lovely way to start the day. The fresh baked goodies are a special touch. If you have dietary restrictions, kindly let them know in advance of your stay so that they can accommodate any special requests. Our suite, the Steeplechase Suite, was roomy and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the porch or in front of the charming fireplace with fresh baked cookies! A stay at Four Oaks Inn is a truly memorable experience and exemplifies the best in Southern hospitality. Steve and Janet are such warm and welcoming hosts, you actually feel like a guest in their home. We look forward to returning soon!

As frequent Select Registry travelers, we are accustomed to the brand quality and luxury. Four Oaks is one of their prime examples! We found everything to be just perfect: large, comfortable, spotless room with a beautiful Southern verandah, which did not even compare with the amazing breakfasts. The hosts are amazing, and the little city is so charming. Now is absolutely the right time to visit Four Oaks Inn in Camden SC.

My sister and I have never stayed at a B&B. This was a one night stay on our return home from N.C. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here and shocked at all the rich history surrounding the area that we didn’t know we’d get to experience when booking. The host was awesome. She was helpful, informative, and available throughout our stay. She had information on anything we were interested in. The house was beautiful and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the little trinkets and books placed around the house to add to its decor and interest. I was greeted with cordial upon arrival (delicious). I could have spent days reading and observing the living room. Breakfast was beautiful and tasted excellent. We very much enjoyed our trip to town and I recommend the Visitor Center and Camden Archives if you like history. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you for giving us such a pleasant ending to our vacation!

Gifted a stay for my husband's Christmas present and we were both blown away! It felt like we had gone back in time in this beautifully restored inn. We stayed in the Steeplechase suite, and we felt like we were in a luxurious master bedroom suite. We enjoyed relaxing on the veranda, sitting by the fire, and enjoying all the beautiful details in this wonderfully historic property. Steve and Janet are truly blessed with the gift of hospitality. You can tell they really enjoying hosting their guests--so helpful and kind to us, even shared a recipe! The breakfast was spectacular! We felt like royalty enjoying such a delicious three course meal by candlelight. Four Oaks inn is romantic, cozy, a great value, and definitely worth a second or third stay in the future! If you enjoy history Camden is a must see and the Four Oaks is a must stay!

We have stayed at many Bed and Breakfasts, some great and some not so great. Four Oaks was just the best for comfort, hospitality, food, books and decor. Steve and Janet truly thought of all the little comforts their guests might want. The house was spotless and our room was very comfortable. They were able to advise us on local attractions and encouraged us to let them know if we needed anything. We highly recommend Four Oaks.

Heidi and I have truly experienced heaven at the Four Oaks Inn! Janet went to work even before we arrived by helping to concierge a variety of entertainment venues and restaurant reservations and recommendations. The property is meticulously groomed and cared for in even fine detail. We were greeted by Steve helping us carry our luggage to a very special room. Privacy, comfort, and cleanliness, exceeded even our highest of expectations. Prepare for little surprises upon your stay which will make meaningful and forever memories. In a lifetime of travel even to exquisit locations, there is no comparison to the hospitality and comfort and care we experienced at the Four Oaks. WE WILL BE BACK!

Beautiful home! Very comfortable bed with attention to all the little details. Love the cozy fire place in our room. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! We will definitely stay here again. We stayed during the Christmas season, all the Christmas trees & decorations were so beautiful.

Everything was perfect! From the moment we drove into the driveway, we knew this place was something special! The inside of the home was spectacular from the beautiful furnishings to the homes well thought out decor, no detail was left undone. The evening we arrived at the Inn,, we were met with soft glowing lanterns, a warm fire in the fireplace, and very friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. The home was very clean, the accommodations were luxury, and the breakfast each morning was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be back.
