The staff is always courteous which is great. They’re also pretty good about moving people through the lines quickly... However- they have been getting worse and worse with actually delivering what you order. They got the order “correct” but- I ordered a large frie. This is what they gave me.... EDIT: went again for the first time in a long time, again ordered a large fire….the second photo shows they are still charging more but not delivering what you pay for. Disappointed that they are still skimping and charging for something they are not providing. Somewhat immoral. Had to revise my review down from one star to two.

Staff was great, but they have a major fly problem. I mean enough of them to make me reconsider eating there again. I observed garbage at the end of the kitchen which you can see from the counter throuh the door, and trash stations with multiple trays with trash. This needs to be addressed. All the ultraviolet lights do not help if flies carry germs to everyone's food or person.

Great location food was fresh and tasty Service outstanding one of my kid wanted waffle fries and it was Breakfast time, our server accommodated us with a smile and no fuss….💫💫💫💫💫 Highly recommended

This location has significantly improved recently. Friendly, fast and accurate service. The bathrooms are being kept up well. I actually get the number and type of sauces I order. They had a rough patch for a long while but things are definitely turned around for the better from a customer perspective.

Terrible driveway design! Not safe for employees! I was asked to park to wait for my order by one employee talking to me at my drivers window with another employee walking in front of my truck. I started to move as directed and the second employee made a high pitched sound. Way too much movement and too many employees moving around the vehicles and giving instructions. This design is not smooth like the other locations.

Every time I eat here I'm never disappointed! The workers remember to make sure everything it there, are super friendly and all food is always fresh.

There was a mistake with the app. When my husband went to pick up our order he talked with a worker about the issue. The employee got a manager right away to make sure we were helped. The manager was so nice and fixed the issue right away! As always love the food and the customer service of all the employees that work there!

I love the positive of your workers even when you have them out in the rain, snow, heat, and cold to take orders....the system you have inplace does allow the line to move quickly, however it is really upsetting to see the workers out in such conditions...that is what the drive thru window is for

I went to restaurant on my 30 minute lunch break. Ordered my cobb salad and sweet tea. Get back to work to eat it and it was the worse salad ive had. No straw for the drink. I threw the salad out it was horrible. So now im out $11. I will not be going back. Waited in drive thru longer than i wanted. 2 cars in front of me placed a big order. The car in front of me got his food. Then me. Then we had to wait for the front car to get his food. Just all around worst experience.
