Living here was great at first , we been here for 3 years now, they were fast and caring when you needed something fix. After the years went by it turned down hill, they have roaches they don’t want to try to get rid of, they allow anyone to move here , have such noisy neighbors We have complained about plenty of times to cooperate but they don’t care that me and my kids have to live uncomfortable. All they want is your money and that’s it . Definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone . They never get the job done and always sell a lie. After a while you get tired of complaining i had to take everything down off my walls due to neighbors banging so hard they knocked half of my stuff off . But still they don’t want to do anything about it . The only good thing about this place is the monthly rent is reasonable.

I have lived here close to 4 years and as of now we are under recent new management. Victoria is on point with getting this apartment complex in better shape. I really appreciate that she respects the tenants and listens to them. I can’t wait until this complex gets a complete turnaround from the previous management. Thank you!

It was ok. Very quiet from the outside. I was dropping someone off. So I didnt see anyone outside. And was pretty clean.

I am so happy I moved here when I did! The new property manager, Victoria, is On Point and the area is looking like a nice community again❣️ Issues are addressed in a timely fashion and you can tell she cares about the safety of the occupants.

The new management is great. They're taking care of the place and adding lots of improvements. They seem to be really on top of It and making It an even better place to live.

Terrible streets & dirty & crowded. Just cause ppl are low income doesn't mean you have to have them living like that. There's decent people there
