Visited water front park with family. Felt like a nice place for a family picnic. You can see beautiful Philly downtown from the riverfront. This place is very close to the aquarium and you can absolutely plan for 2 places together to get the most of it. Though I have visited in Winter, I recommend planning your visit in summer time to have an enjoyable experience.

The waterfront park was as nice as it could be. I do disagree with keeping any sentient being captive. How would you like to be held captive in your house indefinitely? That feeling of being trapped is precisely what these creatures experience day in and out.

Great view. Nice location. Fairly good parking availability. Next to Camden Adventure Aquarium.

A beautiful night at the very end of Wiggins Park. The night had great weather to just chill. The people walking around some hand in hand, & wow such beautiful scenery.

Nice views of the Benjamin Frankling Bridge, USS New Jersey, Delaware River and Philadelphia. During the day it was relatively quiet and peaceful so it made for a nice leisurely walk. Although many of the amenities were closed due to the cold/season.

Classic school trip to the Aquarium, no lines, went on a Friday during the day, everyone had fun!

The waterfront is so nice, very well maintained, clean and safe. We have a yearly membership to the Camden Aquarium and love it. I just wish more thought was put into the layout as it is confusing and out together haphazardly. I've been many times and still feel like I am missing things, and have to back track! The Baltimore Aquarium has a much better layout.

Beautiful walking path along the river. The paths are brick and well maintained. You can see some great views of the George Washington Bridge and Philadelphia skyline. Note that police start to block the streets leading to the waterfront around dusk. I'm unsure why and for how long they'll continue to do this

Visiting the part to get a nice view of the skyline and it didn’t disappoint me at all! Amazing park with loads of benches to sit and ogle at the skyline. I wish the ferry service was still on during winters but overall it’s a must visit place.

My children loved seeing the picturesque view of the Philadelphia skyline. We talked about and watched the ferry that gave rides between the Camden waterfront and the Philly waterfront. They were amazed at how big the Ben Franklin Bridge really is and want to come back in the night one day to see it lit up and change colors.

Very fun! High prices, but we stayed for hours and the animals were all very cute. We got to see the hippo feeding, and two different penguin feedings!

It's a cool spot to go and take a walk or sit on a bench and relax look at the view of Philadelphia PA. Also has a Aquarium.

Fun place during the concerts and park events, although parking is limited and not free. With the Freedom Mortgage Center, 76R’s training, Battleship NJ, and the Aquarium, you can make a day out of it. Go ahead and give it a try.

Nice public place outside aquarium to enjoy river and Philly view. One can enjoy sunset along with illuminated Franklin bridge. It's a long walkway and boat ferry connecting Camden to Philly is located here (paid). Parking is available on the streets (I think paid) or at the aquarium parking ground ($10 flat fee). But to enjoy fireworks at the Penn's Landing this will be a good place. The streets are clean.

My boys love adventure aquarium. This is their second year as season pass holders and they go often during the year. This year Christmas underwater was so amazing. They loved scuba Santa as usual but the snowfall was their favorite this year. You want to see children light up drop snow (bubbles) from the ceiling inside and they think it's magical. They also loved the puppet show and pics in Santa's big red chair.

One of the best parts about Camden is the view of the Ben Franklin Bridge during sunset at this park. The Wiggins park is a great place to wind down after work!

Chill place. Took a break from the aquarium, sat out here for a little it was nice and chill even when it's 100° and 100% humidity..haha Took some pretty cool shots of Philly, ship at the navy yard and the Ben Franklin bridge

Live in Philly but made the short trek across the river to Wiggins Park on the Camden waterfront to see Sheila E. give a free to the public concert. The concert was great as was the venue. Wiggins Park is a nice alternative to Philly’s Penn’s Landing as it’s a bit more peaceful and you have a nice view of the Philly skyline. I deducted 1 star because Sheila’s concert drew a very large crowd and I don’t recall seeing a significant police or security presence, especially in light of the fact there was an incident involving a gun on Independence Day. So, 5 stars for Sheila; 4 stars for Wiggins Park.

I came down to the marina to clear my mind from the bustle of life events screaming for my attention. It was beautiful, clean and serene. I enjoyed seeing the geese, birds hearing the gentle lapping off the waves I was able to block out the outside noises meditate, get encouraged that centered me. It would be a lovely idea that where the kids garden used to be have an affordable open cafe for those of us who would enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the river.

My 9 year old granddaughter and I really enjoyed the outing. The hippos were probably the highlight, executing surprisingly graceful leapfrog moves, displaying their massive backsides and sometimes coming up to the glass to inspect a young face 😁.The sharks were eerily beautiful as ever and of course all the unbelievably brightly-colored fish were very interesting. The food was not as good as 2 years ago, probably due to Covid restrictions. Loved the handsome pirates!

Absolutely gorgeous place! Lovely place to take a stroll and have lunch by the water. Philly on one side of the water and Camden NJ on the other. Aquarium located there as well.

This area has been cleaned up very well since the aquarium was built. Great views of Philly's skyline. The new park area and the Battleship make this area even better!

Nice little park to get out and walk around, take some pictures, and enjoy the sights. There are boats in a small harbor area, as well as a walking/biking path that goes along the river.

What a beautiful little nook in Camden. Beautiful view of water, Philly & that awesome bridge. The night life is quite entertaining with the ATV show 😉🤟 Hop, skip & a jump away from ol' E-center (or whatever it's named this yr...), Aquarium, historical sites & assorted other cool things. Oh the ferry guy to Philly too. Bring Camden back! It's got mad potential.

09.24.22 delaware river fest on both side of the river. Many displays and demos from region environmental and other organizations. A Beautiful blue sky crystal clear day along the scenic Camden waterfront .

Nice park by the waterfront, they have free concerts here and all sorts of community stuff. The park is a great place to take a walk by the waterside and enjoy some local food or a water ice. You can stop in the aquarium and catch a look at some beautiful wildlife from the seas around the world. It really is a nice place to spend a sunny summer day

I've been to the Adventure Aquarium a few times now, and there's always something different. Took my in-laws this time, and they had a blast. My 6yr old child loved showing them around.

The Marina used to be immaculate. I wouldn't pay 5,000 a season to dock a boat there next to all thar trash trapped in there behind the docks. All you see is trash an slime along the walk up to getting the the gate. Also, the parkingot should be police monitored. Too easy to get robbed at night. Besides that beautiful views !

I love this waterfront it is beautiful, the city works hard to keep it clean. I enjoy walking the waterline with my family

  • 4/5 Alexandrea K. 4 years ago on Google
The waterfront itself was dirty...there was trash all over in the water including chairs from the aquarium...it was disappointing to say the least. However, the battleship museum, the aquarium and the seaport museum were all quite lovely. Overall I enjoyed my trip here but I do wish people cared a bit more about the project in our waterways.
