The concept of having inner city socializing places like this is vital for surrounding communities. Yorkship Square provides a green and pleasant space for walking or just relaxing and chilling out for a while. Little paths with seats and trees which in turn give seasonal touches of nature and colour to the overall ambiance of the area. Shops nearby for supplies, especially relevant for summer neighbourhood gatherings and events. Probably wise not to linger long after dark to avoid potential undesirables who may begin to congregate.

This used to be a very bad place to be but it has been "cleaned up" a great deal. You see a police officer either driving or on foot non stop. I feel much safer here then two years ago. There were so many police cars I actually thought there was A Sub Station put in.

Trash... Everywhere. Nobody keeps the park clean. The benches are old. If you go very early in the morning you can probably enjoy it for a little while in peace.

Used to be a hard working blue collar neighborhood but then other types of people moved in and it's a dangerous ghetto.

Umm... It's a nice peaceful place.. but there is gangs around the square sooo good luck with that🤷

I love this place ... I've been coming here for years and I'm always satisfied !!! Great customer service clean and great food !!!

The Spanish store that's sits right in the middle of the block has the best food out Fairview.
