Excellent stay at Grand Rosa Hotel in Milan. The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the Duomo, shopping, and everything you want to see in the city. Everything about the stay was great, from cleanliness to overall comfort. As a guest coming from the Middle East, winter can sometimes be challenging for us in Europe when air-conditioning systems are not operating, and opening the windows is usually not an option due to noise, especially on lower floors. The hotel handled this situation very well and was attentive to our comfort. Special thanks to Fabrizio, who took great care of our request and was extremely helpful and professional. His support really made a difference. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for a special occasion, expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be the worst experience I’ve had in Milan. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the city, but this one was by far the most disappointing. Every single day, the air conditioning and safety box were not working. The room felt unbearably dry, even though the weather outside was perfect. Opening the window wasn’t an option either, since there were no protective screens to keep insects or animals out. To make things worse, the hotel rations you to only two bottles of water per day—if you need more, be prepared to pay over €5 per bottle. In the heat, this is beyond ridiculous. If you want to ruin your trip to Milan, this is the place to stay. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Update: safety box broke again, for air conditioning they provide a fan!! , i complained to the supervisor and he said this happened to all milan hotels:)
