This is an absolutely overpriced camping site disguised as luxury spa resort. Ridiculous place that fails in every aspect of service and quality possible. I have never paid that much for cold showers, cheap linen, bad food and dirty rooms. You’re sleeping in shabby cabins, equipped with cheap linen and material, the pool is a kids playground and the showers are stuffed with hair and mold, the jacuzzi has extra pay, the food in the restaurant is trying to be fancy but a complete disaster and the breakfast is just sad. We stayed for one night - it was a gift for my birthday. There was no warm water coming into our cabin. Until midnight we tried to solve the problem, but couldn’t manage. After all, the service was a disaster too. I asked for a compensation because I don’t believe you can charge a full price for a room with cold water. Instead of apologizing, the staff accused me and doubted my complaint was true. I should have let people enter the room at midnight (after they’ve already been ramming stuff In the back of our ‘room’ e.g. Container an hour before), in order to check if I was telling the truth about the water still being cold. Unbelievable. As if any guest dreams of having an odyssey with unfriendly staff and cold showers instead of having a good night of sleep.

I do not like to leave low-star reviews, but I was very disappointed with the overall spa experience and wanted to give some tips to anyone visiting the Spa (*** see below!). It is fairly cheap to enter - just 25 for 2 people - but I'd rather pay a little more and get a more luxury experience. If I was paying to stay at a SPA hotel, I would expect a lot more! The actual sauna and steam rooms are good (jacuzzi is terrible), but this place is aimed more at families with children in summer, so do not expect a serene experience. Why was I disappointed? - No water available inside the spa, which is actually dangerous after heat of a sauna. - We had to ask for towels and there is nowhere to leave the wet towels. In fact there was not even a garbage bin in the ladies toilets. - The lockers? I've seen better in a council swimming pool. You have to place your clothes on your dirty shoes! - No slippers supplied so had to walk around barefoot, outside and inside (this is ok, if we had known to bring our own flip flops) This leaves puddles of water on the wooden floors which had started to damage the floor and cause trip hazards. - Terrible jacuzzi - I'm sorry, but such weak jets and luke warm water - you only get 15 minutes, but after 5 my husband and I wanted to leave. I guess it was funny really as we had really looked forward to it, but a fart in a bath is more powerful! Haha. - Children, everywhere, of course not adhering to the 'silence' signs. The door to the sauna was opened and closed several times by explorative children while I was in there. God bless them. 🙌. They want fun, I understand, but they were not really helpful in the quest for peace, tranquility and relaxation! - Lastly, The massage. Basics were not covered here. I don't want to elaborate as the lady seemed sweet, timid and maybe lacked training or experience. She did do to the best of her ability and she was kind enough to give me a bottle of water from the bar. She is the only reason it's not a 1-star review. But a kind 🙏 note to the spa team: Disney songs and lullabies played by a piano are not considered 'chill out' music to everyone! Especially on repeat, same songs twice over. Omg. Please, Take ear plugs. 🤣 In summary. Possitve: The main reception staff were very helpful and kind. The resort seemed very beautiful, I can't comment on this more, as only checked in for the Spa. *** TIPS ‐----------*** I would still suggest to go to the Spa, but maybe lower your expectations, especially if you usually go to a lot of spas! ** Take your own slippers/shoes. ** Take a large bottle of water. ** Avoid the month of August if you do not have children or want time away from children. Have a great spa experience!

This hotel refused my reservation just because i was using a Lifecooler voucher. This website had their hotel listed and after 5 days of back and forward, with continuous misinformation, intended or not i just gave up trying them to honor the voucher. Both Hotel and Lifeecooler have misrepresented the services willing to provide. Scam!!!

We had a great stay. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and have plenty of space that includes a kitchenette. The exterior space is beautiful, very well taken care, nice for a walk and to keep kids entertained.

Cozy place, but needs to improve the facilities, the bathroom lacks ventilation so the humidity it's a problem. The breakfast is very good and the inner pool is warm, but very deep to be with childrens, could have a more suitable pool for kids. The staff are friendly

We have to cancel our trip, no answer, no contact, no serious business management and Client Service.

Wow, we adored everything about this stay ! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, the accommodation is a perfect total different concept "little villa or one could say banglows" location perfect as its in the miss of a forest and a bit away from the city it has a gorgeous pool area , flowers and nature surround the property , a lovely calm and chilled ambience can be felt throughout the property which is perfect after a day exploring !. The actual apartments /villas are so homely with lovely details and touches, and are cleaned daily to a high standard!!!! We hope to return! Made our wedding anniversary super special thank you Gorrete. Highly recommended!

The Prazer da Natureza hotel in Caminha was a great experience all around. The wifi was great quality, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel itself were also very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Caminha.

Really enjoyed our stay here for Valentine's Day! It's a really quiet resort with a very professional staff and an incredible spa. The apartment room was really big and had a whole top floor with a small kitchen, living room and a balcony with a view to the entire resort. They also offer a great breakfast and free charging for electric cars. (11kW) Looking forward to our next visit!
