Let’s start from the beginning, drive thru line was down to the street entry so I decided to go inside since it looked empty inside. No one up front to help or checking the dining room where there were a couple dirty tables. I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt printed BLANK absolutely nothing on it. I asked for a copy of my receipt to which some young boy in a button up told me there was no way he could pull up my receipt on the registers since I ordered at the kiosk. How is that true when my order pops up on the screen for you to make it? There’s got to be a way to give me my receipt. He walked off like he couldn’t help. I get my order timely and everything LOOKS good before walking out. I get home (around the corner) and the large fry is completely sunken into the carton. I poured the fries onto a plate and the fries that were at the top of the carton were cooked however everything below it that couldn’t be seen before emptying them out was UNDERCOOKED. A good 80% of the fries were so limp and stringy you would think I ordered NOODLES. I called to the store twice to speak with a manager and received no answer. This is the second really bad experience with this location and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

This location always gets my order right and the wait times are pretty good as well!

4 out of 5 because NOBODY is perfect!!! McDonald's has always been the "staple" place for good .. fast .. food. YES there will be a bad experience here and there but overall honestly can't be beat.

The chicken sandwiches were terrible. The chicken was dry the buns were stale. On the trash they went.

No clue what is going on at this location with regards to customer recovery. “We’ll put you on the list and tell us your name when you’re here next and we’ll take care of your meal” Then when you go to tell them your name and that you talked to the franchise manager they say you already came and your name was taken off the list. Well honey I don’t know who came but it sure as heck wasn’t me. She ended up comping it anyway, but what an odd process.

Not sure about the food here but had an emergency stop and the bathrooms were cleaned. So that definitely made me feel good about their kitchen! I'll return for food soon!

On this day the food wasn't good. My sandwich had too much sauce, lettuce. It over powered the meat. I couldn't hold the sandwich without stuff falling out.

I arrived at McDonald's yesterday an order specifically a 6-piece spicy nugget. When I arrive at the window to pay for my order the coupon I used from the McDonald's app wasn't working but no worries I have no problem paying regular price. I go to the next window to receive my order and it's a order of old spicy nuggets in a box with the special request paper around it but not fresh nuggets. So I let the crew member know I requested fresh nuggets. He then comes back with same nuggets. I just don't understand how if you order correctly why can you be served what you paid for. The other day I came here for a breakfast sandwich before I drove out of town for work and received the wrong sandwich. Unlikely to return and highly dissatisfied.

This McDonald's will drive a person mad. Went to dine in. Placed my order on the machine, but had to pay at the counter. Multiple employees looked at me and ignored me waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. After paying so that my order could be prepared I waited an additional 15 minutes for my food. The party I was here with had already finished their food by the time I sat down. The gentleman ahead of me waited 15 minutes for an iced tea. My food was not hot. I'm not sure what is going on with service in Clinton, MD but it is poor.

Drive-thru line was long, once through drive-thru had to pull off to the side for them to bring out the food. After driving away noticed that instead of my large fry that I ordered it was a small and had to turn around to go inside and return it. Also one of my mcdoubles ordered, turned out to be a regular hamburger. Definitely would not recommend this McDonald's and I promise the only thing keeping them in business is their proximity to Andrews AFB. Definitely recommend spending the extra drive time to go to the one off Woodyard Road or Allentown Road.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit with extra steak cheese and onions via the app. I received a biscuit with only one layer of steak, onions, and cheese with no egg instead. I don't have time this morning to go back to get this corrected so I paid a good deal mlre for a worse sandwhich. Very disappointed.
