So
this
Bojangles
has
in
the
past
been
ok.
Never
great.
And
I
say
this
because
of
multiple
occasions
I
have
had
to
wait
a
long
time
to
get
food.
And
they
would
give
me
the
wrong
food
sometimes.
But
those
complaints
are
nothing
compared
to
the
absolute
mismanagement
that’s
been
going
on
the
last
month
or
two.
There
have
been
two
terrible
experiences
I
feel
I
must
share.
First
was
in
October.
I
go
there
on
a
Sunday
afternoon.
The
drive
thru
line
is
long
but
that’s
ok.
It
is
Sunday
afternoon
after
all.
My
wife
and
I
sat
in
line
about
15
minutes.
Then
the
line
finally
starts
moving
good.
Pull
up
to
order
and
the
manager
tells
me,
“Sorry
we
are
short
staffed.
So
you’ll
need
to
come
inside
and
order.”
You
tell
me
this
after
I
spent
15
minutes
in
line!
Why
weren’t
they
telling
us
this
earlier!
So
to
be
honest
I
avoided
going
back
again
for
about
a
month.
But
finally
the
need
for
delicious
chicken
won
out.
So
this
is
a
couple
weeks
ago.
A
Sunday
afternoon
again.
About
1
PM.
I
pull
up
to
the
drive
thru.
No
line.
So
I’m
pleasantly
surprised.
Pull
up
to
the
menu.
Was
greeted.
And
I
tried
to
order
a
chicken
sandwich.
The
employee
tells
me,
“Sorry
we
are
out
of
chicken.
Only
thing
we
have
is
the
supremes.”
You
are
a
chicken
restaurant
for
Pete’s
sake!
It’s
Sunday
afternoon.
And
you
have
no
chicken?
Only
chicken
tenders!
I’m
sorry
but
this
is
the
last
straw
for
me
for
this
Bojangles
location.
It’s
consistently
not
been
great.
And
now
it’s
just
beyond
awful.
The
food
tastes
good.
But
you
can’t
ever
get
it!
Hands
down
the
worst
Bojangles
I
have
ever
been
to.
Highly,
highly
do
not
recommend!
