Slow service, but they were trying as hard as they could. Food was good. I've never had Bojangles before, so this was a 1st time for me. Had the cajun chicken biscuit w tots n got a sweet potato pie too.

The rudest fast food experiences I've ever had have taken place at this Bojangles. It's worse than any Roanoke store could ever be. I was asked if I had the wrong menu items. The ghetto woman running the drive thru without warning starts going off because I told her what I had. Wasn't rude, I was quite pleasant and the lady refused to take my card, tells me she doesn't want to touch anything I've touched. It's safe to say I am never coming back to this place. The management let it all go down the woman was allowed to act like a wild animal to customers and it was all done with mgmt approval. I've never been treated so poorly by any establishment. Wont ever spend another dime here

So this Bojangles has in the past been ok. Never great. And I say this because of multiple occasions I have had to wait a long time to get food. And they would give me the wrong food sometimes. But those complaints are nothing compared to the absolute mismanagement that’s been going on the last month or two. There have been two terrible experiences I feel I must share. First was in October. I go there on a Sunday afternoon. The drive thru line is long but that’s ok. It is Sunday afternoon after all. My wife and I sat in line about 15 minutes. Then the line finally starts moving good. Pull up to order and the manager tells me, “Sorry we are short staffed. So you’ll need to come inside and order.” You tell me this after I spent 15 minutes in line! Why weren’t they telling us this earlier! So to be honest I avoided going back again for about a month. But finally the need for delicious chicken won out. So this is a couple weeks ago. A Sunday afternoon again. About 1 PM. I pull up to the drive thru. No line. So I’m pleasantly surprised. Pull up to the menu. Was greeted. And I tried to order a chicken sandwich. The employee tells me, “Sorry we are out of chicken. Only thing we have is the supremes.” You are a chicken restaurant for Pete’s sake! It’s Sunday afternoon. And you have no chicken? Only chicken tenders! I’m sorry but this is the last straw for me for this Bojangles location. It’s consistently not been great. And now it’s just beyond awful. The food tastes good. But you can’t ever get it! Hands down the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Highly, highly do not recommend!

Customer Service that seems to be standard today. No smile or greeting and when I left I said thank you and have a good day and I only got a blank stare. While I was in Dining Room eating you could hear staff complain and yell at each other. Food was what I expected nothing great but it worked, would have been better if was hot.

Went threw drive thru, and once again same girl as to previous time, she has the worst attitude EVER, First of all she made fun of the way my husband was talking, then when we paid, not a thank you or do you need any kinda sauces? She literally tossed our food at us, and hurried up and shut the window, last but not least, we didn't get our whole order, we will not go back to that sight EVER!!!!!!!!! That girl was so disrespectfull, it was disgusting, she needs to be retrained or FIRED, IV BEEN IN MANGEMENT, I WOULD HAVE WALKED HER TO THE DOOR, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!!! Called several times and nobody EVER PICKS PHONE UP!?!?!??

Sorry to say this one is so bad, we waited in the drive through for 45 minutes , the women who came on the intercom said we had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the food because it was a large order, it was a 20 peice, no on was in front of us at all so I'm confused at why we had to wait this long, she said she was also being watched but the person who was watching wasn't even helping them out at all, needless to say we will not be coming back to this location, save yourself time and alot of aggravation and just go down an e extra mile to the next one. I hate giving bad reviews but this one definitely deserves it.

Never go again. Every time you go they have nothing. You order no explanation as to why. Every single time. My son picked up for us we had water for our combos . No fries no sauce in our order. Food dried out as been sitting all day . As he waited for like 30 minutes. We live 20 minutes away. I tried calling no answer. Do I drove up there . No customers inside or At drive thru . Was told they short staffed. I see they all doing nothing. I asked for money back. As I got. No customer service at all. They were all rude . Not to say I wasn’t. But that’s my money. But I will never return. To that location. As I said not just 1 time . But every single time . Especially after 6 or 7 pm.

Food was average… we sat in the drive thru line for 28 minutes waiting on our food. We live 30 minutes away when we opened our tailgate box we were missing one side. When I called up there they told me I could drive up to pick it up. Yeah I paid for it… I declined and am planning on not returning.

Did not get the biscuits that came with my order, I called several times and no answer. I had asked for honey and hot sauce so I guess they must have been with the biscuits, the family said not worth driving back out to get the biscuits because I'd probably have to wait again. I guess I shouldn't assume when I'm asked to pull forward and wait for my tailgate order that everything is in the huge box.

Today! 5 Stars for me. Food was great! Service was great! Everything was great! Coffee taste like home made for me. Not sure is that the only one type of chicken but the chicken is a bit spicy nothing bad very mild so is great and the pies are best ever! First time and I love it! I tried to use the receipts to leave a great feedback but no code. Here is my feedback. Love it! Was great!
