There are 2 particular staff members that truly shined during my stay at this motel-the motel manager Parmajit & a housekeeper Kenya - you both helped my son, and I had to have such a great stay & I send my deepest thanks to your great hospitality and excellent customer service 💫💫 This is my first time ever staying at a Motel 6, I have not always heard the best of the brand, but the excellent service that I received here-clean room & quick problem solving- will definitely help me to return here in the future! CONS: there needs to be better control over not allowing people to smoke right in front of their hotel rooms – at the beginning of our stay the people in this room surrounding mine smoked cigarettes right out front of my window if not every hour every other hour & I have very active asthma, so I had to trade rooms in order to be able to breathe better-there needs to be a more strict smoking Policy that the other guests need to abide by & this is a pretty busy/noisy location – which the hotel cannot control- but it is almost nonstop noise surrounding the area day & night 😵‍💫

The room looked decent but everything in the room was cheap. The towels were worn out. I was able to see the mattress springs through sheets. Lol as female I was in shock to find out that the room did not have a blow dryer! I was stuck stupid until I called the front they told me they had some but I had to go down there and get it. Not that I iron but it was the same deal as the blow dryer. I paid over $100 to stay at this place. I have stayed at worse at worse hotels with a blow dryer and they have only charged me $60-$80. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Convenient. Fair price. Clean room. Very gracious host, JP. Quiet. I will stay here again if need a place.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was awesome especially the morning clerk Sergio was awesome. He always had a smile and a kindness and calm about him. Stay here you won't regret it.

Pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was! I know when doing quick stops it is difficult to balance safe/clean/reasonably priced. I think this Motel 6 is a strong yes- so I’m giving a 5 star In it’s category- sure it doesn’t compete with places 3 times the price- but clean and comfortable room. Parking lot could be more lit up. I turned on the AC- so I didn’t hear anything personally. Easy to check in

The hotel overall is nice and clean. Sebastian the receptionist needs more training in customer service.

Way too bright and noisy , but at least the staff are nice. Usually stay here on a work vacation.

Broken toilet? No problem! They gave us a plunger lol. Will I stay again? Probably not Playa lol

I in fact have recommended this location to a few of my business partners as well as family and friends, the staff are respectful professional and courteous, the staff have always been respectful and nice I've never encountered any disrespect or rudeness from anyone there. The location is perfect cause there's a Starbucks across the street and places to eat right around the corner. I do recommend this place

Honestly, for a motel 6 this place is great. Water pressure? 10/10 Water temperature? 10/10 I took a long hot shower with no loss of temperature or anything. Room was clean and smelled nice when I came in. Plenty of towels, heater / AC was working. Furnished nicely, didn’t feel cheap. Even has fake wood floors! I’m tempted to knock off a 1/2 star because there was no shampoo, but it’s not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again.

I grew up in this neighborhood so I used to like it. Office people are sometimes nice & happy & other times kinda cold & distant. I'm currently homeless so have stayed there lots this past year. We've had 2 different people 2 times that were very loud & scared our dog very much. I didn't rag to them to get rid of the people. Just ask them to be quiet. They didn't do anything. Anyway... We were late checking out so Lady says we're on DNR list. Whatever! I liked the area but not that motel. About 40yrs ago I worked there with my sister. We got our work done but always had a good time. Now it's pretty run down & it's got bugs!! Lots of them. Even in fridge & microwave. So I'm kinda glad we can't stay there anymore. I just miss the area. But their prices are outrageous

Wish I knew her name, but lady at the front desk has 0 people skills and is rude to everyone. Noisy corner. 100/night is too much for this place. Room was recently refreshed.

Was able to get settled in with in 10 mins of arriving ...hassle free check in and clean rooms ..see you next time 😉

The man at the front desk was way beyond kind. The room was immaculate. I could tell that they took pride in this establishment!

Noisiest room I've ever been in. Right next to the electrical room. Much louder than the AC. Had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Room was clean, thanks.

The rooms were a lot cleaner than others but the front desk lady was so rude. A few days after my stay I call to ask about lost and found and she sounded irritated and said to me “I am busy with a customer bye!” Then hang up on my call. I am also a customer and have been the quite a few times. Her manager really needs to talk to that employee about how to treat customers the right way with respect.

I been here for almost a month with my daughters meanwhile I find place I really like manger she is really sweet and make sure the property stays clean. She makes it more safe a lot better than other locations I stayed out I recommend this hotel and there services

management have some issues - Indian man is extremely nosy and called the police on my gf and I. he needs to learn how to mind his business. he humiliated us in front of the office, with Campbell PD questioning me. of course they let me go because the indian man needs to get his eyes checked. rooms are extremely noisy too, with the generator super loud, and the highway makes this place very unpeaceful. no wonder it's cheap, cheap people cheap thrills i guess

It was good. I drove in from Kansas and experienced a couple icky rooms.

The staff are rude , under trained and need to be fired my toilet was not working so the maintenence person handed me a plunger and said ''you put to much paper huh no paper in the toilet ever !! and then I had a meeting later and retuned after ten pm went to sleep and was woke up at 9.15 am by the maid who was yelling check out time well I opened the door and said check out is at eleven and she said you get ready go why is the maid telling me to go frist it was 9.15 I had my alarm set for 9.30 and would be gone before eleven so after leaving I went to speak withe MRG who was no where to be found and yes at this point I was upset after plunging my own toilet and being woke up at 9.15 so I spoke with''a supervisor who said sir I do not appeciate your attiitude before even saying sorry about my experience NEVER STAY HERE REPEAT NEVER you will leave MAD !!!!

Pro: convenient location & nice staff, clean rooms Cons: The ice machine says that they turned it off to save water, employee says it's broken. Pretty inconvenient!! Also my mattress was basically concave on the one side, not even sleepable

First of all the staff are so nice and just pleasant as soon as I walked in, the rooms are so well maintained and clean and overall just a nice place to stay.

I was pleasantly pleased that the room and the facilities were very clean and renovated. While the room decor was simply it was very well down. Excellent property and Sergio at the front desk was wonderful. He said he was relatively new within the last two years and he was very helpful and courteous.

The room was clean , it was quite & Nancy , Jasmine , Sebastian , Chris , where all very helpful , friendly , not in a cheesy way. I would recommend this place , sorry if I forgot anyone else to mention . Thank you

Mostly good, but we returned from a wedding Saturday, June 11 around 11:30p and there was no parking available. Several guests were encountering the same problem. It took 5-10 minutes to rouse any response from the front desk, apparently on break? Young guy, probably early 20’s very arrogantly informed myself and several others that there was no more parking, offered no solution to his customers who were paid in full and checked in. When I asked if I would be towed parking in the handicap spot he accused me of having an “attitude problem” that he didn’t like. My wife stepped in, but this kid has no business anywhere near a customer service operation. Needs to grow up, very disappointing.

Amazing staff all around! Asked for extra towels and they had them ready for me right away, asked for directions and they printed me a detailed map! Overall everyone is very friendly and helpful at this motel 6!

We booked for 5 total nights spread out over 10 days. We have stayed here three times over the last three years. Convient to where we are going. This time, 5/18 not good. We will be checking out tomorrow after 1 night. Cable not working and told there is no solution. Won't be back. I hope we get the money we already paid!

This place is a joke. They called the police on us for nothing other than being outside of our room at night time. 1037pm to be exact. Then the police gave me some phony test to see if I'd been using methamphetamine, as I told them I'm prescribed amphetamines by a Dr, but they still arrested me for being under the influence and searched my vehicle and took me to jail where I sat for about 5 hours. This place is a joke. Do not stay here if you want to not be harassed by Campbell police. Mind Boggling.

It was nicely landscaped outside. Parking lot is clean. Nice inside room. Starbucks across the street.

Good location but the price was a little steep for the limited accommodations. It was pet friendly which was nice but otherwise offered very little. Would likely stay here again but hopefully during the off-season when it is a little cheaper

Great staff, clean and well maintained landscape it looks really nice, not to mention how clean the rooms are, a little pricey but the area is so peaceful.

Great helpful staff, they were able to print me out a map with directions to my doctors office as I had an appointment later that day, I’m very great full for allowing me to check in before the check in time! Clean rooms and just outstanding service, will definitely come again.
