We live 8 minutes from Campbell so we often go to that area to have lunch, have coffee and work online or have dinner. We like coffee shops outside of the classic franchises so this is our favorite corner. They have many artisan coffees, in winter we have decaffeinated Caramel Macchiato with warm oat milk and we stay inside, near the fireplace, there is plenty of space with numerous tables. In summer a good cold option is the Frozen Zebra Mocha outside, on the street tables. The staff is very helpful and friendly, specially Liz, Alondra and Fallon, also very cute. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing drink with good wifi.

Was there just for coffee. Spacious place with lot of seating for a big group. Coffee was good and the choices for food are also ample. Good coffee shop in cute cozy Campbell downtown.

Either I've forgotten or never had a Latte before but I can honestly say the one I got here was wonderful. Smooth, creamy without any acidic taste in my coffee. Unfortunately I ordered a small, next time it will be considerably larger! Very good stuff!

The place is humongous for a cafe yet it was packed. Located in one of the beautiful corners in a block of beautiful downtown Campbell. They have breads, cakes and pastries then they also have hot breakfast items! The girl at the cashier/barista was super helpful and seemed like she really cared for the customers. She acknowledged me when I arrived and followed up on me to say my drink was at the counter while I was waiting for the restroom.

TLDR: Meh food, something was up w my coffee I could not drink it, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Very disappointing experience today, decided to try a new coffee place this morning, and I thought this would be good as I was also hungry and wanted some lunch. I went in and ordered a scramble, but was promptly informed that they had stopped serving breakfast. It was 11:30, and the sign clearly said breakfast until 1pm but fair enough, not the end of the world. I decided to order a turkey club sandwich instead, and the employee asked if I would like a full or half sandwich, I responded with half. I finish ordering and sit down, around 5 minutes later I get up to go and grab my sandwich but don’t see it. A different employee asks me what I’m waiting for, and I say a half turkey club sandwich. This employee then proceeds to lecture me about how they don’t make half turkey club sandwiches but she will make it for me this one time. Excuse me, how is that my problem? If I order a half turkey club sandwich then please give me a half turkey club sandwich. If that isn’t available on the menu then don’t sell it to me. If the employee makes a mistake and sells it anyway that’s not my issue. You should lecture the employee that messed up, not the customer. I just feel this situation could of been handled in a very different way. Eventually I got my half sandwich. It was okay - I mean it was a sandwich. Had avocado in which was a pleasant surprise. Now on to the coffee, I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and there must of been something off with the syrup they used. It seriously tasted like I was drinking a coffee with some sort of floor cleaner in it. I have drank vanilla lattes from hundreds of cafes and this is the first time I have experienced this. The chemical taste was seriously undrinkable. This place is known for decent coffee which is why I was so surprised. If ordering a drink I would just avoid vanilla until they get this sorted out. Wanted to love this place as it is so close to home but unfortunately probably won’t go back.

Wow! I'm simply astounded by how badly I was treated by this place yesterday. I used to be somewhat of a regular here. I went on my way to the outdoor concerts. However, I have not been there in awhile because I no longer live in the area. I went in yesterday to get my usual...a zebra mocha. It's still as good as it once was. HOWEVER, the greed and lack of customer service is truly astounding. I have a combination of two medical conditions (they're actually both related to one) that require I drink a lot of water. However, I cannot drink cold water. It makes me choke. I asked for a large cup of warm water, so I would not need to keep asking for refills of their little cups (they have ice water out, which I cannot drink). The clerk (who seemed like the owner) charged me for "hot water". I understand an establishment charging for hot water because cheap Charlies will order hot water and use their own tea bags to make tea. That's not what I was doing. I asked for WARM water to drink on the spot. I objected. He went to get a tiny cup and filled it with warm water. I drank it immediately down. I asked for a refill and got an additional cup asking him to fill him. I told him it would be much easier if he simply gave me a large cup as I had previously asked. He finally did, but one would have thought I killed his dog with the attitude he gave me...IT'S WATER and I was buying a $6+ coffee. I'm in town for a few weeks, but I will not return.

Orchard Valley has been here for years, they roast their own and sell bags at the front. They have a few cakes, croissants to go with your brew and also serve breakfast. Plenty of seating for folks to meet and work on homework or collective projects.

Took a caramel macchiato and chocolate croissant. Chocolate inside croissant was over cooked so granulated and the outside of the croissant was sticky. Coffee was too sweet. Place is nice but won’t come back.

The coffee and other drinks are well made. I’ve also had their pastries and they are good. They offer hot food as well but I personally have not tried it. It is not as cozy as I thought it would be. The sitting area is one large space, but it never feels crowded which is a plus. They are a good place to study or work as well.

A lovely cafe to sit in, hang out with friends, sit and read a book or work. Open feeling with plenty of chairs and tables. The coffee is great and some of the pastries are my favorites in the bay area :) Wish parking was easier.

I have had some wonderful interactions with employees on certain days and some interactions that were not positive. I purchased coffee, at least, on numerous occasions. The service varied, and I felt welcomed on certain occasions and very much unwelcomed on several mornings I went in to purchase coffee. Overall, it seems like a nice place to go for coffee and the food I ate there was tasty.

One of the worst coffee I've ever tried. For cappuccino, barista forgot to add espresso so it was just over steamed milk

This place has HARDLY changed in 25 years or more, which is remarkable feat considering the competition that has come in over the years, yet, they've remained a stalwart in the face of over-modernization. This was one of the best places to sit in 1990s and that fact hasn't changed much. Perfect place to meet your online date, to hold small group meeting or to read a book in a corner. As Campbell repaves and remodels all around OVC, you can expect a good cup of coffee and seat that could very easily become one of your favorite places to sit in the 21st century version of 95008.

Food and coffee was okayish but the Service is not good. Forgotten orders or the employees are not caring enough to serve the ordered food. I asked for quiche three times after paying for it and waiting for 20 minutes. He said it's coming. Then, on the third time there was a lady there instead of him. I asked about my order. She took out a quiche from the fridge and heated up in front of me and it was ready in 30 seconds to a minute. I guess the guy before this lady didn't care enough to put the food in the microwave and just waiting to clock out for the day. Incredible.

Lovely place to do work. The oatmeal was yummy and the coffee was very good (lots of ground options). Not too loud and plenty of parking around. I came on a tuesday morning so it might get crazier on the weekends :)

Pretty quiet and fast service on a Sunday now that the Campbell farmers market is shut down due to COVID. Normally there’s a long long to get in and a wait for you food. Now they will stir in the cream and sugar for you. Great services and excellent meals.

Gave it another chance, 6mo later - thought the staff might have been COVID hires getting their flow. Nope. Still mixing up orders, calling out wrong orders, and making orders in the incorrect sequence. Food is still so-so. (like how do you even make scrambled eggs watery?) Also put utensils inside the box? On my food? So now my fork is covered in egg? why...? Small asian woman also knocked over their stack of cups on the floor... picked tbem back up to serve to customers. Off the floor. Now I know why it's empty at 8am on a Saturday while Stacks has a line.

Coffee is decent. Emphasis on decent. Employees are great. The owner is absolutely despicable. I pity the poor people who work for her. I’m referring to the Asian woman who works the counter. GET RID OF HER. I see that many other reviews discuss how rude she is.

Nice and spacious location, with indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee and tea are well made. The staff helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Nice authentic local family friendly Coffee shop in the downtown Campbell. You don’t feel you’re in Truman show like Starbucks. Different tables without standards but comfortable choices in a large space. Employees are kind and respectful. You feel home. Nobody bothers each other. Music is culturally rich but not popular culture pressure with varieties of selection.

Coffee is fairly expensive but the staff are so kind. My first time here I was still getting the hang of US cash and tax and the waiter was very patient and helpful.

I really like the spaciousness and vibe of this place. I went here to meet a friend at 11:30 AM on Mon. 4-12-21 and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant. The older Asian woman at the pick-up counter was curt and rude. Seems odd but maybe she didn’t have her coffee yet?

The environment is relaxing and great for doing work and reading. I also bought a salad for lunch and I got a good value meal for my buck. Very thankful for this business and I will continue being a customer.

Awesome coffee. Freshly made from raw cocoa beans. Americano is not bitter. Large open space providing ease of separation between patrons
