Great equipment and excellent service

I certified as a Basic diver at this school, in the beginning they do everything to please you and I was very happy with the service, however after certification I booked a dive on Búzios Island in Ilhabela, the dive was canceled the day before the scheduled day and it simply didn't work. I was warned, I found out through third parties almost on the road on the way from São Paulo to Ilhabela. I called the school and asked if it was true and the instructor confirmed it to me without further explanation. I asked about the refund and how it would be made, Instructor Eduardo told me that it would be made within 2 days at most, but the inn for which I had already made full payment was not responsible (the refund only occurred almost 20 days later). I would like to know if the situation were the other way around if I wouldn't have to pay all the costs in full by canceling my trip hours before it took place. I felt injured as a client and even more outraged by the lack of commitment that the people who run this school work with. Unfortunately, I will not be able to do business with Narwhal again and I wish luck to anyone who is willing to do so.

I did my training with them in 2018 and the whole process was excellent. I wasn't very comfortable being underwater with the respirator, and Professor Edu was super patient with me. I thought about giving up at one point, but they insisted on trying one more time and believed in me. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enter the world of diving!

Their courses are very good and then they don't pick on you like other dive operators in São Paulo do. It is the principle that a good theoretical foundation is the key to success.

Team always willing to help, equipment at a fair price. It's worth visiting the place, either to purchase equipment or to take a course.
