I enjoyed the banh xeo. It was good and the locals are great.

this place has got serving banh xeo down as fast food: premake the ban xeo 'pancakes' in bulk, premake the banh xeo filling in bulk, and then when it is ordered, just take one of COLD pancakes, throw some very standard filling in the middle of it, not adjust or make better, fold it over and serve it. very easy and cheap for them: not so nice or tasty for customers. my wife makes much more tasty and fresh banh xeo many customers complain because banh xeo pancake is cold (because it is premade of course) and some customers have a problem with the way the cost is calculated from counting plates, although that is the way that many Chinese and similar restaurants calculate the customers bill, and often use colour coded plates as well. there is no real problem with that (as long as they get it right and customers know cost before hand). so costs are very simple and easy because everything is so standard, and very little, if any, variation or variety.

Delicious based on standard of southern people. For this dish, restaurant must provide as much as fresh vegetable. If you are foreigner, try each of raw vegetable first, no need you like, sometimes it plain still be OK, then make a roll with all that you can eat. And this restaurant provide the best cuisine of Bánh Xèo, the feature of the Southwest.

The Vietnamese pancake in here have the good flavour and truly Mekong Delta style. Besides, the price is very cheap - only from RM 5.5 to 7.5 / each. However, two minus point is quite crowded and staffs can't speak well.

Really fast service here. Food came out surprisingly quick. They’ve got so many stove tops going at the same time it’s no surprise how quickly they cook. Food was decent, wasn’t the best I had but I still enjoyed it. Better to go in a large group as the food could easily get sickening if shared between 2 people

Meh, nothing to rave about. Bánh xèo were pre cooked came out cold. Had better BX at other places. The veges came with were fresh and plenty. Sorry to say it was an experience that will not be repeated. BX 7 Lùi.

One bánh xèo is larger than the size of your head, tastes amazing, and is paired with good veggies. Authentic bánh xèo that is definitely worth a try. Free parking, and wide seating areas for groups as well.

We came here by recommendation from friend. First impression it is popular place, full parking with cars and motorcycles. However we are not impressed with the pancake, dipping sauce and especially the complimentative veggies. There was lectuce with low quality, in particular one with full dirty soil and sand from the inside of the leaves. The manager was informed and shown immediately, he took the soiled lectuces away and not a sorry word, he just simply said, ah this is the one that not washed yet and felt onto the washed one! Very impressive explanation! We could find Vietnamese pancake elsewhere with certainly better quality. Service is fast and efficient though. This is for us the first and will be the last visit, definitely.

I picked up the tip to come here from a food blog. It is famous for duck pancakes. It was a trip. Really popular among locals. You get a huge plate of what appears to (a Westerner) be house plants stacked on a plate. But its a giant mixed green plate and you use the leaves to stuff with bits of the pancake and smaller leaves, roll, and the dip. Great for family style eating. I also recommend the fried prawn or duck balls. They have coconut flour and mung beans - delicious. It's worth the trip out of the city. Grab a Grab, or if you are daring, walk there!

The shop has a large campus, has car parking, pancakes and banh khot very delicious, especially many attractive vegetables, but fish sauce makes it slightly salty.

Everything here was acceptable to me. Too much oil for the pan cakes. The vegetables are various and super fresh. The other cakes named “banh khot” is a good choice also. Be careful with the fish sauce on the tables, it looks like exactly the same as the tea :)))) So my recommend is Coke for your drinks.

The prawn cake was nice but oily. The salad was fresh and had alot of variety. I was told the shredded strip was part of a coconut but not sure which part it is from. It had minced goose meat I side the pancake.

Both banh xeo and banh khot are good. Definitely recommend giving this restaurant a go. Why a massive drop in stars? Owner or cash handler of the restaurant literally lit a cigarette right in the middle of the restaurant. Massive turn off especially a business

The food was so good. This is a specialty restaurant. It was an honor to meet the owner tonight. When we come back to Vietnam, we will be stopping back by. Thanks for a delicious meal.

Reasonable prices, VN pancake is ok and banh khot is little to soft, fish sauce is ok, but i love to vegetables, they are varieties and fresh

The location is actually not in the main CBD but it worth the ride to get there. The pancake itself it's nice thin and crispy. The inside is minced meat (goose?) And coconut heart. It serves with wild leaves and herbs. The small fried prawn cake is ok, would love it if it was crispier (otherwise I would give it 5*). You can wrap both with wild leaves, lettuce etc. Dip it in their fish sauce with shredded pickles and chili, so good.
