The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It wasn’t even up there with the 3-star-hotels I know. Basic level of cleanliness that you would expect from any hotel, not even speaking of a 5-star-hotel, wasn’t there. Everything looked old and used. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom had grime in all corners, the shower settings couldn’t be changed to only the rain shower or only the handheld one, the water from the toilet flush ran all the time, only one set of miniature toiletries were provided for 3 people, the windows were dirty, the lights outside were flickering, the rooftop bar is closing at 10pm, the rooms had an unpleasant smell. We also got greeted by a huge cockroach in our first room. Then we changed rooms only to then be greeted by geckos and a mouse inside the room. No one knows how these animals get into the fifth floor. That’s quite the opposite of what we expected from a 5-star-hotel with a hefty price. Frankly, we are still wondering where all the stars come from. The only pleasant things were the friendliness of the staff, who got out of their way to help their guests, and the fancy lobby.

Check in experience 2 stars. Hotel location and 3 corner river view 5 stars. Room is spacious and clean 4 stars air con is cold but very noisy. Bathroom is albeit old and only one light I'll give it a 3 star. Breakfast 2 stars at best food very dried, fruit bar not fresh looks like leftovers from days ago. Very disappointed breakfast closed at 9AM. It's a vacation spot and they rush us like we're going to work. We were never told when breakfast open a closed at check-in. They seem to want your health records and forgot all about treating their guests with care. GYM 2 stars. Don't let the hotel gym picture fool you. Equipment were malfunction and unusable. Only one treadmill is working.

Great little hotel for exploring the Can Tho area and Mekong Delta. The facility is very clean and you can see staff working constantly to keep it clean. The room was large but a little dated for a 4* hotel; and we wished the shower head was fixed to the wall instead of being handheld (but we made it work). Other than that everything was great and functional. The extremely friendly front desk provided easy checkin, cool welcome drinks, and even gave us an upgrade to the river view room. They greeted and checked on us every time we enter the lobby (the lobby smells very nice). We had an issue with the safe and the manager got right to fixing it. The included breakfast was awesome; had very good pho, banh mi, and other VN dishes as well as Western cuisine. Would recommend for you next visit to the area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ninh Kieu, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was fantastic, right along the Hau River, offering beautiful views and easy access to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped me with check-in quickly and provided useful information about the local area. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of dishes, both local and international, and everything was delicious. The hotel's restaurant also served excellent Vietnamese cuisine for lunch and dinner. The only minor drawback was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in my room, but it wasn't a major issue for me. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Ninh Kieu. It's a great value for the price, and the location and service make it a worthwhile choice.

Hotel with very nice view of the river. Room was big but the air conditioner was very noisy (difficult for me to sleep).

Good location for the price. Curtain doesn't block light, it's hard to sleep in the morning. Torn bedsheet was used, bathroom stinks. No menu found in the room.

The hotel is located in a great location. The swimming pool is nice, but the rest is not more than 2-3☆ hotel.Rooms are not maintained properly, steam on the carpet, holes in the ceiling, and balcony doors are not close hermetically. The air condition filter is dirty.Running equipment in the gym is very dangerous for us

Too dark, too bad hotel, services really really bad. No door man, no bell boy, no one helps the guest to hotel, we have to walk around to find lobby. Room had very bad smelling. I will never be back. Only good view from room. I like it.

We went there not for the room but the rooftop bar. Firstly we got a bad experience when they said no table for us even I did book a table with river view before we came. And all the staffs ignored us except one. So much thanks to her for being clear and professional. Anyway the view was amazing, the seats were comfortable and the drinks were good. Price is acceptable. Will come back.

The final accommodation night from my 4 days, 3 nights bike Mekong tour with Mr Biker Saigon. Very impressed with this hotel well situated in the corner of the river bank with stunning views and located on the main strip of the night life in Can Tho. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well maintained making our stay even more pleasant. Definitely worth the 4-Star rating as. Breakfast buffet had tasty Vietnamese dishes which my wife was super impressed along with the room and bathroom. Perfect place to stay the night to rest and recharge to finish our cycling tour the next day.

Stunning view over the river. Receptionist(My) there who knew English was the most helpful to us. Excellent massage(the company its not part of the hotel). ¿breakfast lacks European choices. Booking trips with the hotel are quite challenging so choose carefully or go elsewhere. English should be a must for management at a 4* hotel.

They gave us a great room facing the river, which was great for our family of 4. The free breakfast was a mix bag of Vietnamese and an attempt of western food. It was good considering it was free. The pool was nice but could use a little more privacy and bring your own floating toys. The staff service was ok, but ask too much they might be annoyed. They are not overly nice compared to western staff. Than again it was hard to tell how sincere they were behind their masks. The room we had did have a great view but it seems that it has not been taken care of. It wasn’t anything big, just little things that added up. Blinds damaged, wood floor tiles not lining up, TV not working, no hot water, uncomfortable furniture and an old AC. The hotel is in NEED of a refresh, it would need one just to maintain it’s 4 star rating. It’s more of a 3 star. If you are not picky and want a nice place just to sleep then this hotel should be ok for the price.

Great location. View of the Can Tho lit bridge is great. Pretty close to almost anything with a short walk or taxi ride.

The location is right next to the Pedestrian Bridge. Amazing view of the river. There is a cool roof top café giving 360 degrees view of the cityline. There is a floating restaurant on the river and the dock to board the boat to Floating Market is nearby. Awesome experience!

It felt like a fancy 1970s hotel that was a bit run down. We enjoyed a territorial view of the river through the floor to ceiling glass windows (though they had streaks and condensation). Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a zoo due to a large number of Chinese tourists. Great location to walk to dinner and along the river.
