Friendly and professional Doctor for walking in patients. Amazed of given attention for first visit. For the last 10 years it’s a first time that doctor have done appropriate assessment of a new patient, asking all the questions for anamnes, palpation, reflex texts, referral for physical assessment, prescription for medication, recommendation of exercises. Very grateful and highly recommend this Medical Centre

After a year of struggle, we have just switched to a different clinic. 1. The response time here is absolutely pathetic. You can wait well over a month for an email to even be responded to! Absolute joke. 2. If you do manage to get a doctor to respond or engage in a phone appointment, prepare to be rushed through and given a very high level response, rather than a thorough explanation. You will leave dissatisfied, googling next steps yourself. 3. I was told when we signed up, that we'd get physicals and general blood work done - never happened. I reached out to get myself checked based on certain symptoms and had to request tests that I had pre-googled. Good thing I did, because I was right. Had I not, the clinic wasn't involved enough to request them themselves. 4. I remember the only time I went to the pharmacy, it opened 50 minutes after it was supposed to. I waited outside in the rain. The pharmacist didn't really think that was too much of a big deal though! Sort of a I'm sorry but Meh kind of reaction. I suggest you look elsewhere. You are very unlikely to feel cared for, at least from the doctors and staff on this branch.

My family Dr is here as well as this is my go to place for the Flu shot every year. I book my appointment, I go in, get my shot, sit for 10 minutes to make sure I don't die and I'm back to work! Quick, easy, and hassle free! 10/10

Dr. So is my family doctor. She’s kind, efficient, and really helpful. I feel comfortable even bringing small things to her as she never brushes anything off. The clinic allows for online self booking for appointments which I love. Dr. So is also incredibly punctual. I never wait for my appointments. So happy to have her.

Every member of my family has used the Citrus Medical Walk-In (both Lakeshore & Royal York locations). The online booking system is great and we've had positive experiences with doctors & staff at both locations. Both spaces are clean. Parking is difficult to find at both locations so plan ahead and factor in time to find parking if you are driving.

I was hit by a car while on a wheelchair (I am disabled). I went to the closest Walk-In which I will not mention anymore. That walk-in clinic told me that their schedule is AM (no walk-ins). I got struck at about 10 AM. However, this walk-in said that by 3:30 PM they take appointments. How is that a walk-in. Fortunately, I went to Citrus Medical Center and Margaret (bless her heart) called an ambulance for me and even the police came to take my statement. I was wisked to Toronto Western Hospital Emergency and was assessed and diagnostic tests were done. Citrus Medical Centre is the only place to go for Walk-ins. Don't go to other crabby places.

I tried to book a walk-in appointment on the website (since they don’t accept people walk-in 🤷), and I got an error. I called and the girl told me that she cannot do anything, it has to be on the website. I tried again and noticed that there is a message saying that if you get an error send a screenshot of the error to some email address. I did that with the hope to be able to book my appointment, but I just got a response saying that I need to log a support ticket in another part of the website… So your system fails and I have to take it to support after I sent the info to you?

Great doctors and short wait times but the receptionist seriously needs to leave the attitude at home. Idk what it is about these guys being unnecessarily rude and condescending, nobody deserves to be treated this way.

Their Royal York Road Clinic is much better. They are punctual, and I never have to wait. Came here for the first time after a while and I am disappointed. After having booked an appointment in advance on a weekday early morning, still have to wait. Parking is just 1 hour so they should ideally be on time.

It is very hard to get your own GP available in this clinic. Most of the GP s work only one day for in person clinic visits. They require appointment for walk-in visits and they are always booked. Their website mentions that they are open in both locations but their Lakeshore clinic is not physically operating. I have been with this clinic over a year and never was able to get an appointment when I need. They have nonsense clinic policy. Stay away!!!

It says online "walk-in clinic" but when I walked in they said I have to book an appointment. I told receptionist ok I will book for now she said no, doctors can't see u today. Clinic was EMPTY and 4 more hours till closing. Aligned with other 1 star reviews.

I can't call the front desk. The online booking system is a joke. I can't book multiple appointments with a FAMILY doctor. I was told if it was an emergency and my doctor is unavailable then I can walk in to see another doctor. No, I can't. The in-person appointment waiting time is too long. Dr. Bethany So is a good doctor and I only stayed there because of her. Update. Dr. So is the best family doctor I ever had and will have in my life. Period.

I went to see Dr. Mohammad El Amine Smair over several visits for my early pregnancy appointments and he was great. He sent me all my requisitions, prescriptions, and referrals on the same day that I saw him and made sure to follow up quickly if any issues came up. Dr. Smair was informative, patient, welcoming and knowledgeable. The best way I found in contacting the clinic was by call to make your appointment. There may be a bit of wait time, but it's not usually more than 15 minutes. The only thing I would say needs a bit of work was the wait time even if you have a pre-booked appointment, but I think this happens at all family doctor clinics that I've been to in Ontario. Just make sure you bring a good book while you wait!

I arrived 1hr and 10 mins prior to closing and there were only 2 patients in front of my son in line. They refused to see him.

Friendly staff, thanks to Dr. Mohammed El Amine Smair for having me today, he's a polite and experienced doctor. The clinic is nice, you need to make an appointment in advance on their website (it's very easy, you just need to create an account).

My family doctor is great. The online booking tool is easy to use and I can always find an appointment within a few days. The appointments are timely and efficient.

I only put a 1 star because I couldn’t put no star. This is not a walk-in clinic as they do not accept walk-ins. Shouldnt be advertised as such when someone is sick and drives to their location only to find out they can’t be seen

Was taken in for Dr Liu and I was registered with them whilst I was 35 weeks pregnant. They told me to ring once my baby was born so that I could register her too but when I did it they told me that I didn’t have a registration with them anymore and they told me to find another doctor. They never informed me of this and now I’m left without a doctor for myself and my baby and we are really struggling to find another doctor that takes new patients! So disappointed because we thought we were in hand.

Dr. Tabitha Tonsaker is the best. She is great in listening and being patient. She is very helpful and resourceful. She empathize with her patients. She is companionate. She is knowledgeable too. I can't ask for more than that as my family doctor. I am proud of her and her experience.

I am so done with my doctor. I tested positive for Covid Monday. Called her yesterday to prescribe puffer or Med for painful cough. Painful chest!! Her favourite words are “you don’t need it”. Today I was In so much anguish and pain but did not want to hospitals. Doctor on line sending me urgent puffer and antiviral meds. 🙏

Over my lifetime I have seen many doctors and specialists. Dr Bethany So is a very brilliant doctor. She is caring, knowledgeable, empathetic and somehow takes my mess of a mind and body and helps me navigate the medical system so that I get the best care possible. I recently had my flu jab the nurse as always was kind and got the job done in a matter of seconds. The receptionists are very friendly and considerate. I give the practice as an whole 5/5 stars because they actually help and make progress.
