I have been bringing my boys to Kingsway since they were neutered. They are now 10 years old, both boys love their vet, and they are treated exceptionally well. Before every appointment, the vet (previously Dr. Kaitie, now Dr. Bomben and Dr. Schad) always greets my boys with smiles and a caring voice; frequently calling them Handsome and giving them treats to welcome them. They are so gentle with them, especially Pippin who is exceptionally skittish and anxious. Recently, Pippin had to go in for extensive dental surgery. He had post-surgery complications and they IMMEDIATELY got me in to check on him, which was right at closing time. Even the secondary post op surgery was smooth, and Pippin is thriving. I would recommend this place to anyone. They genuinely care for their clients and will do everything they can to help.

I am grateful for the knowledgeable and patient staff here. My cat has kidney disease and is very frightened of the vet. They understand her and they deal truly kindly with her. Amy has gone out of her way to care for my little furry girl. This is a place you can trust with your furry family member.

Honestly the best Vet I’ve ever seen. Everyone in there is nice and went above and beyond to help me with my dogs surgery and aftercare. Will definitely be going here from now on. Dr.Burns is phenomenal.

I've been bringing my little schnookins to Kingsway since her birth. Staff and Dr.'s always great and really care about their patients. Even call to see how she's doing when sick. Thank you so much to Dr. Bomben and Dr. Tuck for taking wonderful care of my baby Bella. I was very stressed and worried about her undergoing surgery to remove a fatty lipoma and they were both so great with her. 2 1/2 lbs. later she is truly like a new dog! I can't thank you enough.

Since I started coming here 3 years ago, I received nothing but wrong diagnosis and advice from the vets! All they are interested in is MONEY! They are way over proces and they make you buy products that will not benefit the health of your pet. The office staff has been very rude and disrespectful to Mr! I don't recommend anyone to go here. It's enough. I'm looking for a vet that actually CARES!

First time visiting with a small dog mauled by a large dog. Very impressed. From first contact on the phone, to the Vet ( Dr. Burns) and technician, to the check out. Excellent and thorough exam. Reasonable fees. Easy accessible location with lots of parking. Changing over to this clinic with my other Pride and Joy. Highly recommended!

I can't sleep. I have two cats which I received as a goodbye from a man 9 years ago and I have been loyal to them ever since. Their names are King and Baby. King was traumatized by a feral cat when he was 2 years old and ever since when he hears another cat "Baby" howl he attacks that cat. Baby is now traumatized "mentally" from King's 4 attacks over the last 7 years. There was no damage that I know of physically but I witnessed these attacks and they were mentally awful. Baby moans when he makes eye contact with King. King and Baby have been in this home, with my 83-year-old mother who has been ill, for 2 weeks and separated and I can not find a home for King. It's it very stressful even with two "comfort zone" or Feliway plugged in which I can not afford. I have been disabled since I was 28 and I am 55 now. I have had 7 cats since I was 5 years old and only had to put down one early for neurological problems. I have all their urns on my mantel. I love my kitties. Kingsway vet wants to examine my cat and decide whether or not he should be put to sleep. First of all after an examination price, and second of all who is he/she to decide whether or not my cat is sick? A mother who has witnessed his actions over the years or some paid critic? And to anyone that is thinking why put a cat down? Well, you tell me whose choice is it the owner or the vet? I think they are playing God with other people's pets at a price of 900 dollars. UPDATE: I don't give two flying tweety birds if your vets can't sleep at night, they get paid to work not take their work home. I have been in a house for 2 and a half months with two separated cats. This is my life not theirs. Thank you.

When my Kahli needed help they were there to help me even when I couldn't afford it and now my kahli if health and almost back to her old self again. Playful and full of energy. Thank so all very much.

I’ve taken my cats here for different types of appointments(from regular health check up/vaccination to treatment of sickness) and I have been always satisfied with level of professionalism and care. Also, I want to additionally highlight stellar professionalism and attention to detail by front desk - they made sure that all the documentation that I needed was done in timely manner and was highly responsive over the phone. I wish human doctors offices were like this :)

We recently had to say goodbye to our senior kitty and Dr Erica was beyond incredible. She was compassionate, caring, and so knowledgeable. She made a difficult decision and experience for our family as calm and loving as possible and I can’t imagine having gone through it with any other Dr. Our girl knew she was loved and in good hands and for that we will be forever grateful. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a warm and kind place to have their pets cared for.

I am so pleased that this group of amazing humans takes care of my animals. I have been coming to this practice for many years, with my cats and now my dog. Everything from nail trimmings, to more serious concerns, they are compassionate, patient and very helpful. I highly recommend.

you can tell they really care for the animals. my puppy became dog reactive and they took him in a different entrance so he wouldn’t have to interact with any of the dogs in the waiting room. they even told us when dogs were coming in/out so we could get him out of there without having him feel uncomfortable with the other animals! i really appreciate what they did. and when my cat Mittens, passed away in may, they gave my mom a poem to bring home to me, and got mittens cremated and back to me within a week. everything was packed so beautifully and it really made me appreciate our vet.

We've been bringing our pets to Kingsway for care for years. The care they've received, including several surgeries, has been first-rate. Our most recent visit to see Dr. Bomben was, as usual, great. She is so friendly and cheerful, and puts our somewhat nervous dog at ease (lots of dog treats help as well I'm sure). I mentioned we're adding 2 kittens to our family and Dr. Bomben's excitement for us and kittens was so nice to hear. In addition to the vets care, the rest of the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Thank you very much!

Beware. Charges will be added with no warning and when complaints are made they will be rude and sarcastic. Vets have a bad reputation because of clinics like this.

We are very happy with this vet. Recently, we had to euthanize our senior cat and they were so kind and patient. We will always be grateful to them for making that painful moment more bearable. Our young, large dog is also a patient here and he gets his nails trimmed by the vet tech so we are there regularly. Groomers have had trouble cutting his nails in part because he is about 90 lbs but with the vet tech, he knows what to expect and doesn't mind. We thought we would never get to this point and we credit the care that he receives when he is there. We find the staff to be consistently kind and they don't upsell us. They care about the pets and their owners.

Was a good experience considering we had to put are little one down the vet was very sincere and honest about the current situation and told us all options and his recommendation but didn't push anything on us. And they didn't rob us blind considering are pet was considered exotic

We've tried and failed to find a good vet in Hamilton until a friend recommended VCA Kingsway. The staff are experienced, friendly and caring. We've finally found a place that we can trust to take care of our dogs.

The vets and techs work as a great team to support me as a dog owner and ensure my rescue is healthy. They treat us both very well. My dog actually gets excited when she realizes we are at Kingsway.

I have been coming to Kingsway for over 13 years. Dr. Bomben and all the staff are so friendly, professional and compassionate when it comes to the care of our furry family members. My two pugs get so excited to see all of them. I wouldn't recommend another vet clinic - they are top notch! I could never think them a nap for taking such wonderful care of my babies.

While my dog was choking I panicked and called the first number when searching "emergency vet" and got this place. They saved his life. While I was freaking out on the phone, the person on the other end walked me through how to keep him breathing. They then brought 2 of their Co workers and drove immediately to my house and saved my dog. The people working here are absolutely incredible. Genuine heroes.
