Dundurn Market’s grocery delivery is awesome! I loved everything they sent me and they were so polite and friendly. I would highly recommend their delivery service to anyone looking to keep their footprint down while the world is a mess. They offer fresh, local, organic, vegan, etc. produce, baked goods, and staples, as well as environmentally friendly cleaning and personal care supplies. I have yet to make it into the shop in person but when it’s safe to do so I’ll be visiting.

Really nice atmosphere, with sustainable and locally sources products. Lots of fair trade items. A wide range of goods including food and drinks, craft beers, produce, and artisan goods. Lovely and helpful service.

Greek salad bowl is not lactose free. Feta claimed to be goats milk. Its most likely not. Its a cowspiracy. That and they honestly don't understand their own systems. I tried to get a flat of eggs. They did not know they were delivery only or only at the York blvd location. Frustrating when you want a product that they tell you to buy from another location. Not all their products are local, vegan, or fresh...breads are frozen and they don't carry basics that we need. Its very expensive. I would love to see them give back to the community a bit more..some breads, salads, perishables are donated to a local pantry; but its not enough. Drives, events, something uniquely community based would be so awesome. I just like the market....I do wish I could say I LOVE it... aforementioned points limit the love.

Checked out Dundurn Market today to put a little care package together for a friend. I found some really nice prepared items which was exactly what I was looking for! The person working the counter was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back to sit in the comfy looking corner seat and to try a pastry.

Delicious coffee, quality sandwiches and desserts and such a cute lovely patio that someone made with a lot of care!!!

UPDATED: great change since the reopening, good selection and quality of produce as well as locally sourced and organic. They also have a nice selection of dairy, meat and fresh breads. I have subscribed to there market box and have never been disappointed. Justin and the staff are also helpful and friendly. Also if you are looking for a ready made a bite to eat the menu has a nice selection of soups, salads and sandwiches including vegan options. There is no parking lot but always a spot available on Dundurn just s few steps away.

Great selection of drinks and pantry items. Such a cozy place. The server was so lovely. We even tried the hot drinks extremely well made!

I live in the neighbourhood and go here frequently for the convenience. I've been noticing they cut corners. I bought a loaf of bread today which was nicely presented on the shelf only to get home and notice it was frozen in the middle. When I called they told me they froze it to keep it fresh for the long weekend... Be very careful shopping here, especially if you're looking for fresh food

I love coming here. I tried their chocolate oat milk chai latte and it’s so good, I’m obsessed! The atmosphere is always really friendly with great food and drinks!

Very unimpressed with the market box subscription. The produce is mediocre. I have had moldy garlic, very mushy, bruised apples, and past their prime cherry tomatoes. Additionally they will often bump up the price without warning. This week they gave me a small hummus and 340g whole wheat pasta in my box and charged an extra $7.24 (this was not something I chose to add, this was just part of the box). This was the final straw, and I will no longer be purchasing here. I like to support local businesses, but I really feel there is no value to the box.

Fantastic market. Lots of independent produce and products of all kinds. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The coffee (all the kinds) is amazing, and at reasonable prices, even for this high end stuff! I have to be careful, because I could totally spend a whole paycheque in here.

First time visiting and this place is beautiful! Such a variety of literally anything - fresh produce, pantry items, meals to go and even alcohol! I came to pick up a small good to go bag and I will definitely be getting another!

Went to a beer tasting night and had such a good time. Super nice people, nice music and such a great atmosphere. They are doing these events all summer and would highly recommend!!

I have to say this is one of my favourite places to visit whilst in Hamilton staff are very friendly especially Helen who always greets us with a smile and a chat and as we live in Ireland always makes us very special I must say my last visit here in august we spent a night at the market having sampled local cider and food well recommended can’t wait to return

Strathcona Market is such a wonderful spot to find delicious healthy food and have good friendly conversation. The team is welcoming and helpful and the options for baked goods and cafe drinks available are plentiful. The grocery aspect supports many local farmers and businesses and offers you a full grocery experience for any diet. There’s an also a seating area and wifi to use if you want to sit and work with your matcha or lunch.
