Only rating for the media and electronics, not the clothing, etc.. They only had 10 vinyl records and about 5 video games. There was actually 1 video game that interested me, but the box was empty. Another one had a wrong disc inside. Dvds, vhs and cassette tapes were alright, nothing interesting. I thought $4 for used dvds too high. Electronics on the other hand were quite interesting, and prices were ok. My recomendations: keep it up with the electronics, some good stuff and prices are similar to other thrift shops; reduce the price for dvds, they are too high; bring more vinyl records and video games.

I have been twice and have had bad experiences. On the second time, I decided to buy a glass mug (75¢). The cashier was very rude. I asked to pay debit because I didn't think I had money in my wallet. She asked me twice why didn't have 1$ in my wallet. Turns out I had quarters. So I gave her the money and she practically threw the mug at me. Not wrapped, no receipt given. I gave her too much change (4 quarters) the mug was 75¢, the extra quarter was not returned to me. I stood there waiting yet she called the next client. I will not be going back.

The lady that worked there didn’t want me to have a piece of clothing because the tag was missing, then she said she would go price it and came back without the item. When I asked her about it she said she could not sell the item to me. I asked why and she just said the manager can’t sell it to you. I think she wanted to keep the piece of clothing for herself and gave that excuse. I am very disappointed by my experience.

A great place to donate, and to shop. Clean, well-run, it’s clear the staff are well-taken care of. The stock is always changing, and there are always interesting things to see. The organization also does a lot of good for the community. 5/5

Wow, beautiful items and real treasures can be found here!! Lovely helpful service too. One note to buyers: the alley's are small but allow you to slow down and smile at other shoppers as you squeeze your cart past. I highly recommend this store.

I love Renaissance as a second hand shop (good for the environment and people stretched financially) and as a provider of back to work programs. This particular Renaissance is well sized and is great for finding clothes at affordable prices.

I really like this thrift store. It's pretty big and has lots of stuff. Not too crowded when I went either. Nice selection of English books. You can find a little bit of everything here. Worth checking out, you never know what you might find!

Nice selection and big store, prices are ok usually, but god it smells so bad! The clothes are not clean at all. I pity the other stores in the mall who have to smell this because it's so bad it smells out of the store.... I now go to Value Village because of this

I drive close to an hour (when I have the chance!) to come here and shop for my growing kids. They have great stock and I always end up buying more than what I came in for. Great job

Great place with a wide selection of items at very reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's never too crowded, so it's easy to move around and take your time.
