recently
visited
this
barbershop
with
my
family
based
on
a
previous
positive
experience.
Unfortunately,
our
recent
visit
left
us
with
mixed
feelings
and
an
unpleasant
encounter
with
one
of
the
barbers,
James
ACE.
While
ESVI,
the
other
barber,
provided
excellent
service
and
was
friendly
and
attentive
to
detail,
James'
unprofessional
behavior
overshadowed
the
positive
aspects
of
our
visit.
ESVI
did
a
great
job
with
my
child's
haircut,
just
as
he
had
done
previously.
He
was
friendly
and
displayed
meticulous
attention
to
detail,
which
was
greatly
appreciated.
However,
our
experience
took
a
turn
when
James
approached
my
wife
with
an
unnecessary
roughness
in
his
voice.
He
demanded
that
she
refrain
from
taking
pictures
or
videos
while
our
son's
haircut
was
in
progress,
citing
a
policy
that
we
were
not
aware
of.
The
manner
in
which
James
addressed
my
wife
was
completely
uncalled
for
and
made
her
feel
offended.
We
understand
the
need
for
policies,
but
it
was
disappointing
to
see
this
lack
of
professionalism
and
respect
towards
customers.
Furthermore,
we
were
surprised
to
find
no
indication
of
this
policy
anywhere
in
the
barbershop
or
on
their
website.
Even
if
it
had
been
posted,
the
approach
taken
by
James
was
far
from
courteous
and
left
us
with
a
negative
impression.
As
a
result
of
this
unpleasant
encounter,
we
have
decided
to
seek
another
barbershop
where
we
can
expect
a
more
respectful
and
customer-oriented
treatment.
It
is
unfortunate
that
we
will
no
longer
be
returning
to
this
establishment,
as
we
had
initially
chosen
it
based
on
a
positive
experience
and
the
satisfaction
of
our
child.
We
hope
that
the
management
takes
our
feedback
constructively
and
addresses
the
issue
with
James,
ensuring
a
more
welcoming
environment
for
future
customers.
