I want to give a big shout out to the staff at Swedish Jewellers on Main street. I dropped of 2 watches, one to be repaired and the second for new battery and professional cleaning. I was blown away by the staff and how professional they were. On top of the great staff, the service was also top notch and they repaired the one watch and changed the battery and professionally clean the other in under 1 hour. I was also extremely happy with the prices they charged as well. Great work ladies, I'll be coming back to see you soon.

I brought in an old family ring that’s been passed down for years looking for a resizing. It’s quite old and the gold was very thing and delicate and I needed it enlarged three full sizes. I was skeptical that it would be able to be done but the wonderful ladies who work there explained the entire process to me in detail and assured me that it could be completed without damaging the structure or original character of the ring. The ring was finished on time and is absolutely stunning! I couldn’t be happier with the result! I trusted them with a special family piece and I’m so glad that I did!

I have been going to this jewelry store for many years, long before it became Swedish Jewelry. I use to enjoy this store. also wanted to keep my business local. Until i went to drop of some jewelry for repair. I did have a very nice Lady helping us with our service and we wanted to look at a pair of diamond earning for our granddaughter. Sales lady was very helpful, Thanked her and left. Then about 15 minutes later I get a call from the manager Jasmine think that's her name. informing us we can pop back in and look at other earnings we can afford. Not very professional for a Manager. I went back to pick up my jewelry and bring to a different store. Then I get a phone call from the manager , which I told her I couldn't talk at the moment, so she decided to text me this long nonsense about how terrible and blaming her staff on there inexperience. It's your inexperience on managing a store , not your staff. She's trying to pass the blame on her staff, when her staff was very helpful. Maybe get off your high horse and learn about customer relations. Your staff is fine. As I told you word of mouth is everything. Won't be back

I feel ripped off, dropped off a ring gifted from my mom for re-sizing, at the time I was told if the size still doesn't feel right at the time of pick up they would adjust it for free, turns out when I went to pick up the ring it was too loose, the manager did not keep her word and was going to charge me another $160 to resize, I would understand if I had left the store and came back but I mentioned it right away and she even said it was a bit loose but continued to not help me. I left the store feeling very frustrated with a ring that still did not fit me. I recently went to Ben Moss at Cross Iron Mills, the manager there was more than accommodating and only charged me $50 to re-size my ring and now it fits beautifully. I will never go back to Swedish Jewellers and will make the drive to the mall for future services. They also charged me a ridiculous price to do the initial re-sizing and learned later on it could've been done for half the price elsewhere, at the time I felt it was ok because I was supporting an Airdrie business, unfortunately making that decision has failed me.

I brought my new engagement ring in to be resized, they did an amazing job plus it came back even more shinny than when I originally got it from my fiancé.
