Miche cafe is phenomenal! One of the last genuine mom and pop’s in the city- and it’s easy to see how they survived the pandemic (thank goodness!) Cozy and social atmosphere, incredible food and even better service. Michelle and Alan are truly delightful people. Easily my new favourite hidden gem in Victoria! Highly recommended the Coconut Curry Lentil soup and the life-changing Focaccia that comes with. Whether you’re a local or passing through: you must!

This is a true local Mom and PA Café You are greeted and welcome, like a member of there family as soon as you enter . It is a charming space filled with things the owner appears to love and it shows . Not to be out done but the food is delicious and you will leave full 😋 A catch 22 is as cute and charming this place is with its delicious menue , it is small and very popular with the locals as well as a high-school not to far away so come a little earlier for lunch if you want to eat in but you do have a option of take out as well as a covered patio . If you haven't gone here , treat yourself and come . You will not be disappointed 😌

One of my favorites hidden gems in Victoria! ♥️♥️♥️ The food is outstanding, the portions huge and Michelle and Alan are always so welcoming and friendly. They make you feel right at home. Make sure you come hungry! These pictures are all from their "Miche around the world" Friday theme nights. Lunch menu averages $10-$15 but for supper, I indulge a bit more. I love that desert is included with the Friday nights.

Lovely hidden place with a relaxing and cozy ambiance. Coffee was good. The server/owner was super friendly and sweet. The food was the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 - taste of garlic was a bit too strong for me personally. Overall, I had a great afternoon here and will come back for coffee if I ever pass by the area.

We've been wanting to try this place out for almost two years now. I am so happy today was the day! It is in more of an industrial area, but I'm happy we drove over. They have a great outside patio area, as well as some seating inside. (Not a lot, bit some!) The staff are very friendly! There is an extensive beverage menu, hot and cold, as well as fresh baking, and a daily soup and food special. Today we had donairs (I loved that you got a choice between Halifax sauce and tzatziki!). We had a side of beef barley soup and fries. We both really enjoyed our meals! Flavourful meat, fresh pita and veggies, and just the right amount of sauce! The fries were fresh and crisp, and the soup was amazing! Really filling portion, lots of herbs, veggies and meat to make it very flavourful! It does get really busy over the lunch hour, which does lead to it being chilly when the door is open lots. The food was worth it though, and we will happily be back again!

Lovely experience. Very welcoming and such a unique space. We will definitely be back as it gave such a feeling of comfort and joy. The owner made sure we were taken care of. Our son loved his chocolate chip cookie :)

Who physically leaves the store and chases a nice young lady out? Funny how even your staff member working the till admitted that you followed her out and stated it was "just a joke." Nobody demanded alcohol either, ordered politely and then was refused service after pointing out how appalling it is to physically leave your store chasing after a nice looking young lady to say "BYE" rudely😂 It's your life, play your mental gymnastics to convince yourself that you weren't rude, however, it was incredibly - objectively - rude, and you disturbed my partner with social anxiety greatly. An apology is owed. You were in the wrong and it would be appreciated if you would own your actions.

Loved the atmosphere at Miche Cafe & Bar. Friendly owners and great baking! What more could you ask for? Would highly recommend to anyone looking for mid day coffee/lunch break or a spot to meet friends or clients.

A true precious gem in Greater Victoria. A small family owned and run local business with top-shelf, tasty homemade creations combined with good, old-fashioned customer service. When we were there the owners were fully engaged and present and genuinely cared about the food and the needs and desires of customers, checking in to see if anything was needed. We really appreciated this concern and commitment to service . All food offerings were generous portions of scrumptious dishes presented with an obvious love of food more common in Quebec than western Canada. Will definitely recommend without hesitation.

Went here today for the first time with my wife, it’s an unconventional location. It’s kind of a strange area near a high school we went in and sat down at the table. We were served immediately, and the food was served promptly. Everything was very delicious very fresh. Everything is made from scratch. We went at lunchtime and there was a lot of kids from the high school that were stopping by and the owner knew every kid by name. It was impressive to see the kids were all very respectful towards the owner and he was respectful towards them. They have a lot of delicious homemade items available. I think there might be gluten-free options as well, everything was fresh and excellent. The prices are very fair and I would love to go back. A+ Recommend

What a beautiful and comfortable cafe for everyone to sit in and take a good rest. Alan and Michelle are so kind and welcoming. Food and coffee here are also so highly recommended! And its not expensive at all!! Must try!

The owners have made this one of the most warm and inviting atmospheres where you feel like one of the family and want to keep coming back and bringing your family and friends. They have built on an outdoor covered patio and also where they bring in musical acts to add to the ambience. The menu has wonderful comfort food and healthy choices....all homemade by the owners.
