This pet store allows incredibly dangerous dog to continue to come in this store (where the dog has attacked multiple others in the store) and they still allow him to come in and risk the safety of their other clients. Not safe dont bring ur dog if you are gonna go in

I ordered from Pet Pantry online on a whim after visiting the Commercial location. Website is very user-friendly, and the delivery for my order was extremely fast. What stood out to me the most for this deliver though was the text message I received notifying me of the deliver, and then a photo to confirm the drop off! Very appreciative of the service.

I love that have products that you can’t find elsewhere in the lower mainland. The have a good selection and reasonable prices. I always receive friendly and helpful service in store and recently tried their delivery option. It was smooth and quick, and the delivery person followed my safe drop instructions which was very much appreciated (and a rarity with delivery drivers these days!)

Ordering online was easy, staff were great when I had questions. Delivery guy brought the 25lb bag to my door, as I’m injured right now. All around great experience.

Great service. As I buy in bulk I usually place an order on Monday morning and it’s ready for collection Tuesday afternoon. They have the best cat litter brands and far too many toys to keep our cats busy!

Have shopped here many times over the last 6 months, especially because their small animal stock is AMAZING! but after my recent order ran into some issues, I’ve decided to make this business my #1 go-to; They seriously deserve it. Small animal supplies (like everything) is difficult to get right now and the order took a bit longer. The manager was in contact with me over email and phone letting me know exactly what was happening with the 18 lbs of alfalfa i ordered lol! Someone thought the other day it had gotten lost in transit, and the manager called me himself to say they were dropping off an emergency supply, free of charge! Which was the solution to the only thing I was concerned about. Low-and-behold: the delivery driver FOUND the 2, 9 lb alfalfa boxes and had them when he showed up!! And the delivery drivers are the NICEST, and insanely helpful (they always offer to bring stuff up on the cart!) Anyways, SMALL ANIMAL OWNERS in lower mainland: this place should be your go-to!!! And just based on their customer service and large stock, I’d shop here for any pet I own <3 Thank you all for being so amazing!! (Happy babies 3 minutes after their alfalfa delivery!!!!)

I am so grateful for a company like this. I just moved to Hope, BC, and trying to find a pet food company in CANADA (so not Chewie) that delivers to a town outside of the GVRD is not easy. Sure, we have a pet store out here, but it doesn't have the healthy selection I want for my cat. Shipping rates are very reasonable if you live outside of GVRD (oops, I do), it would cost me that much in Gas to drive out and get this in another city. I also have to give them credit for allowing me to select multiple flavours or just singular flavours. Other pet stores that do deliver (but not to Hope) only allow you to purchase a case of ONE flavour only. Well what cat likes to eat only ONE flavour! They also threw in a sample of Weruva and their communication with me over an item no longer manufactured was quick. My product got to me fast! And! To top it all off they have a rewards system. I have only ordered from them once, so I'm not sure what it's all about but that's just awesome!

Please thank the delivery person who brought my order to New Westminster on January 15, 2022. Unfortunately I wasn't home to help carry up the bags when his cart was broken 😥 Pet pantry customer service and drivers are incredible!

I’ve been going here since they opened a few years ago and the staff have always been friendly and nice to deal with. They carry a variety of items for dogs and cats which is good. If they don’t have something, then you can just ask one of the staff to help you out and maybe they can order it in or can suggest an alternative item. They also have a couple of other stores in the Vancouver area if you don't happen to live by this one. I believe one is up on Main Street and the other one on Commercial Street areas. It’s worth checking out if you have a pet and you’re in the area.

First time in the store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have good selection of products and everything I normally purchase is better priced here.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful! Love the selection despite it being a small store. They can also order items in that are on their online store/at their other location with no obligation to buy if you don’t end up wanting to take it. Can return dry food if <10% eaten in case your pet doesn’t like it.

i love everyone in this store. There used to be a very grumpy man who was tall and heavy set who used to work there. He scared a lot of customers off. i’m so glad they got rid of him.

Hi Guys! Let me tell you a little bit about the experience I had with Pet Pantry. I ordered 12cans on organic pumpkin for my rescue puppy "Milo Heer". I got it delivered to my home and I fortunately met the delivery person. He was very kind and friendly. Me and my dog were at the door on our way for a walk and we came across him. The Delivery person respected Milo's skiddish nature as he is a rescue and just said hi to him from a distance. He went back in his car and got me a goody bag for Milo. It got some organic high end quality treats and a beautiful purple monkey toy. So far it's Milo's fav toy and he doesn't let anybody touch that toy 🐕🐾♥️💃 Thank you so much for giving Milo this toy and the treats. He is a very happy puppy 🐾
