I
was
not
impressed
with
my
appointment
I
made
for
an
exam.
Everything
is
rushed
to
make
a
quick
dollar.
I
was
rushed
through
my
appointment
so
quickly
that
the
secretary
nor
the
optometrist
took
the
time
to
update
my
medications
within
my
file.
I
also
informed
the
secretary
when
I
made
the
appointment
that
I
needed
the
eye
dealation
test
to
be
performed.
No
such
test
was
performed
nor
schedule
to
be
performed
at
my
appointment
I
had
today.
The
most
important
test
was
the
eye
dealation
one,
not
vision
test.
I
also
didn't
like
that
they
wanted
to
take
a
picture
of
my
RAMQ
medical
insurance
card
to
keep
in
their
system.
My
RAMQ
card,
and
it's
number,
is
private
information.
Someone
my
age
are
not
covered
by
the
RAMQ
for
an
optometrist
visit.
Them
having
that
information
actually
leaves
room
for
fraud
to
be
committed
on
their
end
by
charging
the
RAMQ
for
services
not
rendered.
I'm
not
saying
they're
doing
this,
committing
fraud,
but
it
leaves
room
for
it
to
happen.
And
what
happens
if
their
system
gets
hacked
and
all
that
private
information
is
stolen?
They
claimed
they
want
a
picture
of
people's
medical
insurance
card
because
sometimes
the
RAMQ
will
partially
pay
for
some
emergency
services.
I
still
don't
understand
why
they
need
to
have
that
picture
and
information?
Even
the
hospital
doesn't
keep
a
picture
of
our
RAMQ
insurance
card.
When
there
is
an
emergency
people
bring
their
RAMQ
card
with
them
to
the
hospital.
Optoplus
better
hope
nobody
hacks
their
system
one
day
and
robs
all
of
their
clients
RAMQ
ID.
The
appointment
I
scheduled
was
not
respected,
what
I
initially
went
there
to
have
done.
Second,
it's
not
my
fault
if
the
optometrist
was
too
rushed
to
update
the
list
of
medications
I
take
since
last
seeing
me
for
a
few
years.
It's
not
professional
nor
responsible
as
a
licensed
professional.
But
if
you're
a
patient
that
spends
a
lot
of
money
on
glasses,
etc
every
year
they
probably
give
you
the
red
carpet
treatment.
The
optometrist
that
I
have
at
this
clinic
ONLY
seems
to
do
eye
exams,
nothing
else.
If
you
have
any
problems
she'll
just
send
you
somewhere
to
see
a
specialist.
I
always
had
the
impression
that
she
fakes
it
until
she
makes
it.
In
other
words,
she
knows
enough
to
hold
down
her
job.
I
never
got
the
impression
that
she
was
good
or
passionate
about
it.
What
happened
today
is
my
fault
because
I
had
a
bad
feeling
returning
back
to
this
place.
I
should
have
listened
to
my
instincts.
They
know
how
to
take
your
money,
they
just
don't
want
to
earn
your
money.
