Admittedly, the first lobster roll I've ever had. From what I experienced and what I hear, it's one of the best ever! Don't blink, you may miss the place. Look for the lineup in front. It's worth the wait and the cost, about $25. Update: August 2023 Chez Mag is still the busiest spot on the island. Same great lobster rolls. Same prices. More tables now, so seating wasn't an issue. There's also a second stand to order from now at the back keeping the lines moving even better.

Was riding around the island after a wine tasting and stopped for a romantic supper at this quaint little place… known for its famous lobster rolls & lobster poutines! It did not disappoint… We selected the « Poseidon » which is basically a lobster 🦞 poutine for two people! (Bisque sauce, double portions of lobster, Green onions, fried Calamari, Piri-piri mayo and lime coulis, Caviar of Mujjol) AMAZING 🤩 We ate our luxurious lobster poutine with a beautiful Sauvignon blanc white wine from France. The staff is very friendly and the outside eating area is very clean and well kept. The only down side is parking, if you arrive on busy hours, their is no parking available ( only six spots). You have to go park at the church close by. Not a big inconvenience. Great job 👏 We will go back regularly for sure!

Lobster poutine! Make sure you go early because there’s always a LONG line and they run out of cheese and fries by mid afternoon sometimes. Totally worth the wait.

Lots of lovely people gathered to taste the delicious food at chez Mag, la fine cantine ! Big lineup but the service was on point and orders were fulfilled in a timely manner , great experience ! And even better food !

Food was delicious. The open valley side seating was nice on the warm day we were there. The 45 minute wait is explained by the multitude of people present all at the same time.

If ever you come to Ile d’Orléans you MUST stop by here. The waiting line is long but pretty fast.

An adorable set up and a warm & inviting service. The lobster roll and poutine were delicious. We enjoyed every bite and appreciated the experience and the pretty view! I highly recommend!

One of the best places to eat in ile D'orlean. Family owned place with lots of history. The poutine is one of my favorite in quebec without question and their burgers are incredible. Such as small place pack such a delicious punch of flavor and kindness. They have beautiful picnic tables to enjoy their food made with love.
