Price: they charge upwards of $100 per person. When you arrive they charge additional $5 per car for parking, take it or leave it. There is no other option. Boat: we went on the Boat Whale Watching Tour. The boat was PACKED. I cannot stress this enough. It is crowded. As in: there is not enough seating for everyone on board. Cruise: The 3h ride is split up: 30min driving to the whale watching zone, 30min whale watching, 30min driving back from the whale watching zone, 60min Fjord watching, 30min dropping of passengers at Tadoussac. If that's what you're here for then good for you. However, it's not what's advertised. Staff is rather unfriendly. Some of them also struggle with English. Positive note: the Guide seemed very well informed and we did see some whales up close. Conclusion: AML is a highly profit oriented organization which obviously does everything to maximize its profit — at the expense of their customers because. They do not have to and will not build a reputation with them as most customers will only visit once anyway. Do it if you want to but maybe look for other options first.

Boat ride was nice. We saw many sea birds, seals, Fjord views but only a very brief Beluga whale siting. Bus ride from Quebec City was okay. 3 hours each way. Small bus with marginal A/C.

We had an amazing trip. The guide was very well informed, giving us all the necessary details, the staff very friendly, and the boat properly equipped with souvenirs and snacks. The captain knew exactly where to go to see a group of gray seals and on the way back we had a real show offered by minke whales. I recommend!

This was a super fun experience. We saw a few Beluga whales, dolphins and seals also beautiful waterfalls and rocky cliffs. The bistro on the boat was so good. Not to exspensive and a good selection. You will definitely enjoy your time on the boat and all the scenic views.

We went on zodiac with Captain Mathew. The captain gave a very good explanation during the tour. We were lucky to see two humpback whales, 3 minke whales, and other small whales. Travel tip: If you have bought the tickets for aml tadoussac, you don't need to take the ferry if you are going from Montreal, as you can board your zodiac from 159 route 138 à Baie-Sainte-Catherine.

The place was quite pricey for the overall experience. There weren't many suitable spots for families, especially those with kids, as we found ourselves standing for a while. A crucial detail that wasn't disclosed until we boarded was the recent and prolonged absence of whale sightings. Eventually, we spotted some beluga whales, but they remained distant, unlike those on the shore who enjoyed a closer view. There were a few seals resting on rocks, though not in close proximity. All in all, the outing felt rather ordinary. It's important to note that the cost seemed geared towards a standard cruiser trip, rather than a comprehensive whale-watching adventure.

The cruise was very pleasant and we did get to see three types of whales and some seals too. Please be aware that you will see the whales from a long distance away so it is advisable to bring binoculars. This is due to the very good law that prohibits big boats from going too close to the whales and disrupting their lives.

We had an amazing time. Ticket handling was well, the boat was nice and decent with room to hide and eat/drink if necessary. The naturiste gave an excellent bilingual explanation during the whole trip. Worth every euro spent!

Awesome experience. The ride in the zodiac was a blast. And we got to see tons of humpbacks, belugas and porpoises. It can get a little wet by they provide you with rain proof gear to wear.

Avoid this place at all costs; the customer service is terrible. We experienced poor management and wasted an entire day trying to get there as we are coming from Montreal, only to get stuck in traffic just 3 minutes away. We called one hour before as we see on Google map there is a traffic near the place and to let them know of the situation so we could either cancel or find an alternative solution, but they offered no help. It felt more like they were interested in taking our money rather than providing a service, with no consideration for even a cancellation fee. Many people are outside frustrated by the use of their terrible customer service,
