I've tried pizza hut different locations across canada and this is one of the best location I've been to. I had the veg. Pizza and cheese pizza. Both tasted super delicious. Quality was amazing ! Great prices and employees are very polite and helpful. Lots of parking. Highly recommend !

I went here this evening with my family, Food was very good, but cleanliness level of the store was very bad not hygiene at all.Moreover,there is very less space for sitting, no more chairs, restrooms were so bad… there was no toilet papers …

When first opened was amazing. They had many local delivering they needed about 6 drivers hired.. now they got rid of all the locals and there is only 1 great driver a local who has been there since they opened he is the only 1 left the rest are all international students and they will NOT hire anyone else. Many many customers will not order for delivery anymore as they are extremely upset on the fact that they will not hire any locals to bring them food.. customers enjoy being able to a have conversation quickly at there door that they can fluently understand. Thankfully they still have that delivery driver named Chris i believe, I know me and the neighbor's across the street are much happier to see him pull up in our driveway with our orders knowing he is local and don't have to struggle with another International student. ( the students have the nerve to ask me ) " you give me tip please " they don't even put a proper sentence together when rudely asking for a tip.. START hiring locals from wasaga beach area so us customers our happy and continue to order because many customers are not pleased that pizzahut in wasaga beach are purposely boycotting English speaking locals and only hiring international students.. something needs to change.

$100 order. 4 pizzas, wings, garlic bread. I could actually count the tiny pieces of bacon on my fingers as the bacon was in only TWO spots on the pizza. Zoom in on the pizza with the olives and mushrooms. Do you see bacon?? The plain cheese pizza was BURNED and the lady blamed the crust. THE CRUST DOES NOT CAUSE CHEESE TO BURN!!! SERIOUSLY??? Oven temperature and TOO LITTLE CHEESE will cause the cheese to burn. The meat Lover's pizza was burned as well. I can't even identify the badly burned meat on it. That same badly burned meat was only around the edge of the crust and not ON THE PIZZA. These people are making the Pizza Hut brand look HORRIBLE!! JUST KNOW THAT I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE PIZZA HUT EXPECTATIONS. This isn't living up to it AT ALL!!!! The cheese pizza pictured in this post was a re-made version. The 1st one was WORSE!!!!!!

I’ve done delivery and take out from this location and food is always delivered hot and on time. Fresh ingredients/toppings, good, fast and friendly service!

Best service and pizza, wings in Wasaga Beach. We come here at least 3-4 times a year during summer. Last year they were amazing. This year even better. We got it delivered on the beach, excellent hot and fresh pizzas, they are to die for!!

After a negative experience at another restaurant nearby, I decided to stop into this location as I had a gift card. Upon entering the building I was immediately greeted and other customers were checked on before serving me. Service was exceptional, I walked in unsure of what I wanted and the gentleman working the front was more than happy to guide me into my purchase. Very informative, delivered with a positive attitude and professionalism. He also gave assurances in the event there are any issues in regards with orders. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

What's with this new trend of giving your name every time you want to buy food lately? I wonder how they managed years ago before starting this practice? I simply say 'no thank you.' The problem is that one of the female staff didn't like this and acted as though she was entitled to my name. I refused to provide my name and simply told her I'll know which order is mine... just like I've always done. No name needed. Not only did she have an obvious problem with my response to her, she refused to give me hers. If you expect us to identify to you, please take the time to identify to us when asked. Thanks!
