I’ve had great experiences at Lux so far. Most recently I had a shellac manicure done by Julie and it was great! I love that they stick with their appointment times and I never have to wait! I also love that they always have promotions going on even for loyal clients! I’ve had Sarah, Hannah and Lynn and I have not been disappointed! Wendy at the front is very friendly too. The salon is clean and well kept, and the atmosphere is always friendly.

I had such a great experience when I went into LUX. I explained to them exactly what I wanted as I had my engagement photos coming up. Ana did such a beautiful job right down to the shape and colour. I will definitely be going back and look forward to trying other services as well.

Sarah is without a doubt the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! She really does such a great job and is so thorough and precise. I usually get a set of acrylics and some super pretty nail art and she always does such a great job! The staff here are so friendly and welcoming too!!

Wendy makes dreams come true! Was looking for somewhere to host 5 guests on the same day… extremely last minute! First, I called and no answer but they called me back without me leaving a voicemail. Just the start of amazing customer service! Wendy tried her best to figure things out, I had even settles with know what I was asking for was next to impossible but surprise surprise, she called me back with amazing news that the team was able to stay late to accommodate us! They were even so kind to add an additional service while we were there. We all LOVE our nails new nails! Especially the birthday girl, this is her first set and met all expectations… Shout out to Kevin! This team is incredible, amazing guest experience from start to finish! Thank you Wendy!

Love this place! The atmosphere and staff are wonderful. Grabbed a gift card today for Christmas, super easy, quick, convenient. I love how they include the bag too. ♡ I've tried so many nail salons, but nothing beats Lux NBB

I got a full face wax, gel nails, and a shellac pedicure yesterday. The service was amazing, and the aestheticians were very friendly. The atmosphere of the salon is really nice as well, with you being able to choose your own cute bath bomb for the pedicure! I am happy with the results and definitely going there again 😃.

Lux Nail Beauty Bar is by far the best nail salon in the city. The staff is so nice and welcoming. And look at these nails! They are stunning! Kim is amazing. I’ve highly recommended this salon to friends and I happily write this review.

A beautifully welcoming space, friendly, professional staff. The services were performed well, nails were crafted, shaped and painted perfectly. The pedicure was so relaxing. Julie did both of my services, bio gel fill and pedicure, my nails look great and my feet feel amazing! The selection of bath bombs was wonderful. The service was exceptional from initial contact to completion! Book your appointments a week in advance because spots go quickly! Fabulous team!

I always have such a great experience here at Lux Nail | Beauty Bar. The staff are very personable and my nails have consistently looked fabulous and held up extremely well. I don't even consider going anywhere else! The space is open, and bright which leaves me feel overall great about my experience in the salon. I look forward to each visit :)

I asked for a set of short acrylics because I bite my nails. Before we even started I told my nail tech that I bite my nails. I am pretty bad but I am sure that there is much worse out there. My tech was very rude about my short nails and blamed all of her mistakes on my nail shape and length. My nails are strangely shaped, some are crooked and one of them is even defying gravity and not laying flat. On top of that, the edges of my nails are very rough and we’re not cleaned up nicely. I addressed my concerns about the nail that was not laying correctly. She went on to tell me a bunch of stuff unrelated to what I had complained about. She told me that I can see the nail under the acrylic because I need skinny nails and my wider nails are not “cute”… which had nothing to do with me asking her why the nail on that finger was not flat. I left the nail salon very disappointed. The ladies at the front were very nice and one of them said i can get any nails replaced free of charge within a week if something happens to any of them. I am hoping that one nail falls off so it can be replaced. I like the colour tho

I did my nails with Rama yesterday and she fixed all the damages that I had with my previous nails salon store and she did an amazing job so thank you so much and will definitely go back again plus the store was so cute and clean 🥰.

This morning I was driving by and decided to stop by, and all I can say is just WOW. Wendy was able to book me in right away, very polite and professional. Salon is very clean and nail tech Kim was amazing! Thank you for amazing experience!

The staff at Lux Nail Beauty Bar are amazing and my nails are better than the picture I show them! They are always punctual with my apportionment. They are always friendly and welcoming at the reception! I won't go anywhere else!

This place deserves more than five stars! A great atmosphere even on a busy day, the nail technicians are so kind and prioritize your goals and ideas for your nails.
