All of the staff at MedRehab in Hamilton are amazing. Super professional staff - where you truly feel.taken care of. Maria and Guido are fantastic and have been incredibly helpful in relieving my long standing leg pain. I've experienced significant improvements since starting my treatment. The treatments and plans are very well thought out and developed in a manageable, clear and progressive way. Maria is wonderful and really takes the time to understand where you are at and how best to resolve your pain. I'm very grateful for the team for all of their assistance. I am really thankful for the treatment I am receiving from Raj at MedRehab. He is very thorough and professional, and genuinely cares about my knee issue. He's been super helpful and has made recommendations to make my life easier. The admin staff are great - it's very easy to schedule appointments. They are able to bill directly to my insurance which really helps. The company has a website where I requested my initial consultation and they replied the same day. Overall very professional, A1 treatment and service. I highly recommend them.

I’ll honestly say, I was blown away by the customer service received to the care I got. Everyone has been great and so accommodating. The staff there communicates well with each other and always willing to help. They actually listen to how I feel and provide what’s needed to help me on my recovery.

I don't have anything bad to say. The therapists here as well as rge office staff have been kind, understanding and taking good care of me to the best of their abilities. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

I've been going to MedRehab for a little over a month. My treatment plan has been primarily conducted by Maria, who is always friendly and great to work with. The treatment plan that I have been given has helped alleviate the back pain I was experiencing. The rest of the staff are very friendly, including the receptionists at the front desk. I’ve been going to med rehab group for several weeks now and I’ve been getting wonderful treatment from Guido. He has helped me tremendously as well as Maria. My injury has tremendously improved. Also, all the staff have been exceptionally nice and very knowledgable on what they do. I will definitely recommend this clinic to others that I know. I am very pleased with my progress. I have been a client for about a month now. All the staff are very friendly, compassionate and helpful. Very willing to try different things to hopefully help my condition. But they are realistic with what can be done and act for with. Even though my care has not been the miracle I was hoping for, going to the clinic does help with my mental health. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Medrehab Queenston for a while now, I love their service. Staff are all accommodating and helpful. Maria has been my therapist since the beginning and she cares so much about my health, very friendly. We have been working on my shoulder pain and it has gotten a lot better after a few sessions.
