What an absolutely fun experience! Even for us beginners we had an amazing time on our team building exercise at Zero Latency, and Rabiya was a great host!

What a great experience! My work planned this for our Holiday party and it was a "blast" (pun intended). The staff were courteous and helpful the entire time. We did the Zombie experience and it was even better than expected. You can communicate with your team during play which really amps up the realism. I know my wife and I will be visiting Zero Latency again (maybe for a SciFi or a sword and sorcery experience).

This was an absolute blast. The games were a lot of fun, especially the competitive one where we were facing each other. But the real star of the show here was the service. Super friendly and accommodating. Plus they took photos and videos of us with our phones mid-game so we could share them with our friends. We'll definitely come back here!

Awesome birthday party here. I especially liked the touch of the staff taking my phone to shoot little videos and photos. She's got an eye for it! The staff really made us feel welcome, excellent setup and a fun game!

This is my third time coming to Zero Latency. Overall, great experience! I played the same game as before as I wanted to show my friends and was pleasantly surprised that the "same game" was dramatically updated. Makes it fresh and makes me want to come back again. While the game changed, the customer service was always top notch. Gamemaster recognized me despite months since I last came in. Made my friends feel very welcome. Memorable experience. Would definitely come again. Thank you as always.

Absolutely one of the best experiences you can have. Compared to a similar place at Market Crossing, zero latency let’s you move around a big room with ease. Never once did I feel like I was going to get in another players way because what you see in the game is so true and accurate to what is really around you. You just don’t stand still and shoot, there’s a lot of moving around and even though I knew it wasn’t real, I couldn’t help but feel like I had to be very careful walking across a narrow bridge with no sides to it. The story was interesting and there are various scenes within the game and you walk to different locations. Also, the employees / service was top notch in their professionalism and how they explained everything. It’s just light years better than some of the competition. Now I just need to score better than last place with my friends.

Our friend group of six tried Zero Latency as part of our monthly funtivity experiences, and this was hands down one of my favourites. We did the 30 minute zombie adventure - can't remember the name now - but what an adventure it was. Once you put the VR equipment on you really are transported to a different reality. The landscapes were awesome, the zombies eerily real, and walking along VR vents or down ramps really messed with my head in a fun way. It was terrifying, exhilarating, and also a surprise workout. We had a blast all the way through. And the best part was the friendly staff. Anmar was our Game Master and he was hilarious, and did a great job getting us pumped for the game. This place is an absolute must try!

Came to Zero Latency for a work party and it did NOT disappoint! Most of us had never tried VR Gaming and it was an awesome experience. Special shout out to Tony for taking some absolutely incredible pictures and videos - when they asked for one of our phones to take some pictures, I really wasn’t expecting them to turn out as well as they did, hahaha. I only have two pieces of feedback, neither of which are enough to knock a star off of my rating: - After your session, you’ll be emailed a link to watch your session, but you need to complete a survey first. I kind of wish that we got the video link before the survey, because my answers would have been a little different - during the gameplay it showed me hitting the enemies, but when I watched the gameplay, I was mostly shooting at the wall, so it felt like the aiming was off. This could absolutely just be user error, though. 😂 - I wish they did more in terms of soundproofing as I have no doubts that my screams were echoing throughout Kingsgate Mall LMAO

I went here with 5 friends and it was a ton of fun! It was very immersive with the gun controller and being able to move around freely. It is a bit expensive for the amount of time, especially considering there were some technical issues with headsets that they had to pause everyone to address the issues. Would be nice if they had more buffer time between sessions so you can get your full time and not having it used on pause time. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would probably go again.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! It was my first time doing any kind of virtual reality, and I chose this place due to the other Google reviews as well as recommendations from friends & family. And it didn’t disappoint! Really amazing customer service, and I really appreciated how they captured us through videos and photos on our phones. Such an memorable experience, will definitely return!

So worth it! Second time doing VR here and it is just so much fun. I had RABIYA as my game master both times and she really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience, and you can tell they love their job! She even took videos and photos for us while we were in game play and will have these memories forever. Huge thanks to her!

I had an incredible dining experience at the Iranian restaurant last night. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with Persian rugs adorning the walls and soft traditional music playing in the background. The menu offered a wide variety of Persian dishes, and I decided to try the kebab platter. The kebabs were perfectly grilled, tender, and full of flavor. The saffron rice served with them was fragrant and fluffy. What really stood out were the authentic Persian spices and seasonings used in the dishes; they transported me to the heart of Iran with every bite. The service was exceptional as well. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to offer recommendations or answer any questions about the menu. The owner even came by our table to ensure we were enjoying our meal, which added a personal touch to the experience. I can't forget to mention the delightful Persian desserts that we tried. The baklava and saffron ice cream were the perfect sweet endings to our meal. In conclusion, this Iranian restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey through the flavors of Iran. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Persian dining experience.

We came here on Sunday for my son's birthday, it was great! The staff was so friendly and the interaction we had with the gal who helped us added to the experience. She was so happy, polite, helpful, and had a really fun attitude. The facility and equipment used was wonderful. We did the Outbreak experience and I do feel that that game should really be updated to something newer and with better graphics--but maybe we just need to try a different one next time, we would definitely go back :)

Highly recommend Zero Latency! Thanks to Winston and his team Steph Rabiya and Tony. So professional, they guided us through the experience. Outbreak was excellent, so much fun, we didn’t want it to end.
