the two working (adult) employees were too busy telling each other stories at the front of the store to even acknowledge me and my mom while shopping at the store. Even while right beside the cash we felt unseen. While leaving the store the ladies voice was aggressive and felt like she was just waiting for us to leave the store. The only words of acknowledgment were “have a nice day” while we were leaving the store. Very unimpressed and just disappointed as the two of us work in retail as well.

I can not say enough about the staff and customer service. They are absolutely amazing. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Love Mark's quality, its very good. I also like to shop on their sale days. This is a good sized store well laid out and well stocked.

I went to Mark's in Orillia - in early December on one of their "Big Sale" weekends. There were signs everywhere (buy one, second item 50% off). I spent $540 and ONLY one item met their sale requirement. I guess I had to buy 2 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts, 2 sweatshirts, where I would think (like most companies) - when I bought the jeans at full price ($100) the shirt at $80 would be 50% off. Then I spent $540. and because I spent more than $130. - I got one $30 gift card. Very disappointing - doubt I will shop there again. All my girlfriends thought I should return everything since nothing was on sale but a pair of $25. pyjama pants.

Went to Mark's to get my husband a new winter coat. Good selection and price point. Great selection of winter sweaters and shirts for men. Friendly staff. Only rated 4 stars as I need women's petite sizes and so never find anything that fits other than footwear.
