Maria did it again ! She tried something new on me today & I couldn't be happier, she is a very talented young woman . I love going into Krystal Beauty , they make you feel like family or better .

I went to the salon because it was close to my house and I was in a hurry and couldn’t go to my regular salon and I am so happy I did I had Maria do my nails and pedicure and I am telling you she’s the best I’ve ever hadand I’ve had a lot of people do my nails I really suggest you come to Krystal, beauty, nails, and Day spa and ask for Maria you will not regret it. Had a mama/daughters pedicure yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. My girls were pampered and treated like little princesses. Everyone was very friendly and the girls loved showing off their nails to everyone when we got home. I don’t believe their nails were completely dry when we left as my daughter smudged a few of her fingers when we got home but I guess that’s to be expected with a 7 year old. :) Thank you for the great experience!!

Received a deluxe facial by Maria this morning. It was beyond my expectations. Not only did I had a facial, it was extended do a neck/ scalp massage as well as a nice lotion on my arms all the way to my hands, massage my palms/hands. The mini hot stones used in the rub in the front, shoulders/ upper chest was OMG very very relaxing, helpful to my aches. Thank you Maria, will definitely come back! You mad my day!!! A +5 star. So far I was not at all satisfied with the service for pedicure and shellac manicure as the person i had was not that good at her behaviour also I asked her to make a black simple heart on single nail and the hearts were not even proper. And when I told her that if she could make a proper shape she ignored and kept doing just for sake of finishing up the task. Well that’s not at all I was looking forward to for my very first experience of getting nails done

Best salon in Sudbury! Was going to another and they would make me wait up to half and hour even with an appointment. Also they acted like they hated their job or didn’t want you to be there. Decided to check our Krystal Beauty and was amazed at the difference. Everyone is so kind, friendly and does great work. On my last visit I met the owner and she was going out of her way to speak to each customer and ask for feedback. This is now the only salon I will go to.
