it.
Ordered
it.
Received
not
what
I
ordered.
Was
told
you
can
keep
what
you
ordered
(inferior
to
what
I
did
order)
and
we
will
give
you
$20
towards
another
purchase
of
our
products,
or
send
it
back
for
a
full
refund.
Option
2
was
chosen.
They
sent
me
a
return
label
then
went
silent.
I
contacted
them
multiple
times
after
shipping
the
product.
Once
to
inform
them
the
product
was
shipped.
Second
to
ask
if
they
are
going
to
issue
my
refund.
Third
to
see
if
they
were
going
to
respond
at
all.
Finally
I
get
a
response.
You
will
get
your
money
when
we
get
our
product
back
untouched
and
in
the
original
box
after
it
has
been
processed.
Maybe
if
you
sent
out
the
right
product
in
the
first
place
this
wouldn't
happen.
Second
I
shouldn't
have
to
wait
2
weeks
for
my
money
because
you
messed
up.
