I
will
first
start
by
saying
that
the
service
and
thematic
elements
of
Escape60
are
great!
Having
the
rooms
have
themes
based
on
movies
and
TV
shows
is
a
great
idea
and
the
service
we
received
was
excellent
the
entire
time.
We
didn’t
use
the
drink
service,
but
they
looked
very
nice.
What
was
disappointing
was
the
condition
of
the
room
itself.
We
did
the
Wizardry
&
The
Wizard
Tournament
room
and
there
were
several
items
in
disrepair
(or
not
working
at
all)
which
detracted
from
the
work
of
building
such
a
nice
room
in
the
first
place.
Also,
a
lot
of
the
props
you
handle
(eg
paper)
were
also
in
very
rough
shape
and
should
be
replaced.
Finally,
for
a
“premium”
room
which
is
not
cheap
to
play
several
elements
demanded
we
interact
with
the
game
host
through
an
old
fashioned
walkie
talkie.
This
completely
ruined
the
immersive
experience
and
made
it
seem
very
amateur
compared
to
other
escape
rooms
I
have
been
in.
Overall
I
give
the
idea
of
Escape60
high
marks,
but
they
completely
miss
on
execution.
Mainly
I
see
them
cutting
corners
on
costs
for
facility
maintenance
and
staffing
(eg
a
lot
of
the
manual
interactions
could
have
been
eliminated
if
there
were
staff
members
watching
the
room
and
triggering
events)
as
the
main
culprit
for
the
poor
experience.
