I really loved this dental office for years, they were just so friendly and on top of everything but wow how things have changed and I don't think I can return. I've had billing issues, lack of follow up after promising to do so,  appointments that disappear, long waits, no way to get invoices by email. The hygienist, Kathy, is excellent and so are the dentists but I can't keep having to call over and over or trek over there for no reason.

I felt sick the morning of my appointment. My appointment was at 9 and i forgot to call and cancel. I received an angry phone call from the receptionist about how she dedicated time and effort to book this appointment while raising her voice at me. In my adult life, no one has ever yelled at me before and I felt direspected. I understand that it's unfortunate that I forgot to call, but that gives u no right to yell at me. I'm not only I'm a "paying" customer, I am a patient at 1st so treat me as a patient with compassion. She could've gently said so sorry to hear that but .... but no, she woke up and chose to give an attitude.

I highly recommend Dr. Taras Konanec and his team for the Bioclear cosmetic dentistry procedure. I needed to replace the 14-year old cracked bonding covering my genetically-yellow upper front teeth and fix an uneven front tooth caused by an inept dentist. I am a university professor in a small town in Pennsylvania and was struggling to find a local dentist skilled in cosmetic dentistry. My mother, a Montreal resident, suggested coming to Montreal to fix up my teeth and sent me Dr. Konanec’s information. I was immediately enthusiastic to consult with Dr. Konanec because he has unique expertise in the Bioclear procedure, which is a happy medium between bonding and porcelain veneers. Bioclear is more durable than bonding (less likely to chip) and allows the preservation of one’s original tooth enamel (unlike porcelain veneers). Bioclear also costs less than porcelain veneers. Happily, after a helpful virtual consultation with Dr. Konanec, I turned out to be a great candidate for Bioclear. I was extremely impressed and happy with my entire treatment process. For instance, Dr. Konanec helpfully suggested whitening my lower teeth in advance of the procedure so that the eight upper teeth being treated with Bioclear could be made a nicer white shade to match the lower teeth. Other previous dentists who did bonding on my teeth simply matched the shade of my upper teeth to the lower teeth, which resulted in a much “yellower-looking” smile. The main Bioclear treatment was done in one 8-hour workday, during which Dr. Konanec and his team worked hard all day to give me a beautiful smile. Dr. Konanec is extremely skilled, detail-oriented (he uses microscope-enhanced dentistry to see the details better), and kind. Following the initial treatment, I did two short follow-up visits to address related points, and Dr. Konanec was again extremely patient and helpful in addressing all issues. My teeth look fantastic, and frankly look better with Bioclear than with any bonding job I’ve ever received. Everyone who looks at my new teeth says “wow, that looks terrific.” Thank you, Dr. Konanec and team, for giving me a beautiful smile I can feel proud of!

I went to Drummond Dental Group for a checkup. The clinic is very clean, the receptionist is very friendly and the staff is very professional. I got my checkup done by Dr. Flanagan and he was very thorough yet efficient. He used a Transilluminator to detect hidden cavities which can be missed during its early stages. If you’re ever in downtown Montreal looking for excellent dental care at the hands of experienced professionals, I highly recommend this clinic. 🦷🪥😗💅

Came to this clinic on Seran’s recommendation and the clinic accomodated us without hesitation. It’s a clean and pleasant environment. The receptionists and staff are friendly and very welcoming. Dr Youssef and his assistant Cassandra were very clear in their explanations and hygienist Xiao Bing did an excellent job at our last appointment. Overall, they provided excellent service.
