Great
experience
overall!
My
partner
and
I
went
to
this
shop
during
a
couples
trip
to
Montreal.
Very
friendly
service,
and
our
sales
person
normalized
the
experience
of
shopping
for
sex
toys
in
person
-
very
knowledgeable
and
she
had
some
great
suggestions.
However...
one
of
the
vibrating
items
we
bought
didn't
work
out
of
the
box.
When
we
discovered
this
at
our
hotel
we
called
and
they
said
to
return
to
the
store
with
the
product,
which
we
did.
However,
upon
inspection
trying
to
get
it
to
work,
and
after
chatting
with
her
manager,
the
employee
said
we
had
to
claim
a
warranty
directly
with
the
manufacturer,
rather
than
exchanging
or
refunding
at
the
store
level.
This
was
disappointing
since
the
product
was
defective
out
of
the
box
-
it
didn't
break
after
use.
We
would
have
had
to
ship
the
product
back
to
the
company
in
California
(about
$20
to
ship
on
top
of
the
$50
we
already
paid
for
the
product).
In
the
end
I
figured
out
how
to
fix
it
(seemed
to
be
a
defect
-
one
of
the
internal
wires
in
the
battery
compartment
was
uninsulated
and
was
shorting
out.
I
covered
it
with
tape
and
it
now
works
-
lucky
for
us!).
So,
an
unfortunate
blemish
on
an
otherwise
excellent
experience
at
this
store.
If
I
were
to
return,
I'd
ensure
any
vibrating
product
works
before
paying
and
leaving.
