I went to Harmony Jewellers in Grimsby on Thursday to have my tennis bracelet repaired. The woman at the repair counter looked at the bracelet under the microscope and said the latch wasn’t broken, just loose. She tightened it and the bracelet was fixed. When I asked what the charge was, she kindly said no charge, which made my day. I’ve had jewellery repaired here before and I will continue to choose Harmony for repairs and purchases. Great customer service.

I had my husband’s wedding ring resized. The staff was very helpful and explained how the resizing process would work. The ring was ready within a few days. They were able to keep the inscription and polished the ring too. The service was excellent and the staff was great.
