Enjoyed an excellent dinner tonight thanks to Mancini’s Italia Bakery. Mancini’s has always been a great staple on Erie Street and now under new family ownership the Pupatello family are successfully carrying on the great tradition put forward by the Mancini family while introducing new items to the bakery / deli and hot food selection. Great service & selection !!

There’s something going on at this bakery’s process, I’ve been eating this bread since I was born my grandparents lived right up the street in Windsor. They are over cooking (too brown) and they’re getting air bubbles forming on the crust which is the first place this mold is starting before the fresh date.? I hope they can correct this. I am going to call them later and find out if they are correcting this or even aware of it. 💙

Been twice and enjoyed the service and products. everyone was very kind and helpful. The food is great. I have had a loaf of Italian bread, a personal pizza, cheese tortellini and a sub sandwich. Everything was fantastic and I look forward to going here often.

There is much to be said about a business which is run the good old fashion way. The minute you walk into this place you are greeted by the owner, his family and remarkable staff. This alone speaks volume. The vast array of products ranging from deli, hot foods, fresh bread, baked goods, pastas so much more made this a one stop shop for me and my mother. To be honest, I used to go to one store to get my pasta another to get my freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and a third to get my special imported Italian goods. I was greatly surprised that all of these things were in this store, which made it so much more convenient for me. I was happy to stock up on many essentials. It is equally important to note that a wonderful business cannot be great unless it is staffed with wonderful people. Every single person in there was working hard to make it a great experience for each patron. Passionate owners account for wonderful businesses. I will be a forever customer and thank you for the wonderful experience my mother and I had.

Located in Windsor’s Little Italy, they come highly recommended for their huge selection of Italian favourites including a great assortment of delicious pastries. Their custard filled peaches are probably the best we’ve had. The cannolis were very good but I’m told their tiramisu is even better! This is definitely a must if you’re craving sweet treats, scrumptious bread, pizza!

Among the amazingly fresh breads and desserts and pastries Italia bakery has to offer, they have just recently reintroduce the hot table! Their arancini "riceballs" are filled with cheese and meat sauce in the center and so fresh. Their meatballs are also a must try. My kids and I also enjoy their fresh loaf of Nonna's bread "sliced." The pastries all look delicious! The peaches and Sicilian cannoli are again...our favorites. Everything has always been fresh. I'm always met with a warm smile by the staff and the customer service is great.

I have bought things at this bakery for years, but was very disappointed today. I picked up a ricotta pie for a party that I ordered ahead of time. It simply was not up to standard. The crust was heavy and tasteless The ricotta filling was terribly over baked and dry. There are other options for bakeries.

Great Italian food and pastries. Never had any issues with quality or freshness. My Italian wife approves!

When I come to Windsor to visit family this place is a must visit. From great lunch ideas to pastries to pantry items, you have to stop in. Fresh and delicious. The Eclairs are so pretty, marble like. We had Arancini for lunch, the size of a baseball 🙄and Cannolis a must and Tiramisu 😋Actually we have a bag full of snacks.😅 I saw huge deli sandwiches bring prepared as well. Super impressive. Will be back, check it out !

Amazing cake, not only does it look great... It's so delicious, and they even hopped on my Facebook to wish my daughter a happy birthday. Pretty good prices too.

Good variety and fresh items. Their wheat loaf was soft, fresh, and tasty. Customer service was great and staff is friendly.

We’ll have been going there for years. Recently went in for panini’s. Usually buy them at freshco but seeing that I was downtown figured I would go right where there made get fresh ? Big mistake got 2 dozen paninis stale hard like rock. Very disappointing. Likely put them out in morning in bins. But you can imagine been sitting in the open in heated bakery since morning. I went 3:00pm. Shouldn’t even have been sold. Maybe bag them or cover them or throw them out if past noon.

Went in on Christmas Eve, and it was very busy. There was a lot of staff, service was fast, they were very organized and clearly had systems in place. I got a variety of pastries, which have all been delicious. I got the Nonna loaf and used it to make French Toast on Christmas morning, and it was so good. I look forward to trying their hot table.

Display case tray items differ sometimes significantly in size or appearance but cost the same. I've been assured everything is fresh daily despite the smallest pastries etc placed at the top of the tray appearing to have shrunk from age. The person working most weekday mornings gets snippy if you ask for a specific pastry that you might find most appealing for whatever reason. She is rude so often that I stopped being a weekly customer, and now only come in every few months because of her attitude.

Have picked up sweet treats multiple times and are always good. If you are looking for ricotta cannolis or two-bite cheesecakes, I highly recommend them.

I ordered a ricotta birthday cake in May 2022 and it was a bit pricey but it was so delicious. Whipped topping on top and three layers of sponge cake sprayed with rum and layered with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips. Also a sour dough bread is also great. Thank you.We will be back
