Mixed review here. We were looking for a sprayer nozzle and weren't sure if the brand they had would fit our sprayer. My husband asked the middle-aged, blonde lady behind the counter if she could look up the compatibility options online for him. She glared at him with a disgusted expression on her face, and said very rudely "What exactly do you want me to do". She turned away from us and asked another guy behind the counter to tend to us. This guy, on the other hand, was very patient, polite and professional. He spent about 10 minutes going over the selection with my husband and also went online to the appropriate websites to provide further assistance with this purchase. Kudos to that guy. Rotten tomatoes to the blonde bi#ch.

Great service as always, shocked to see some of the reviews. I think the problem is city people do not develop rapport. They expect to walk in, be treated like gold, and walk out. You get what you give. I have been dealing with( blonde lady) for two years,and (old crancky man). They both have over informed me of sales coming up, and recommended waiting on certain items until then. Or let me know about potential shortages. I love UFA Fort Saskatchewan, and I hope the comments of a few entitled "internet trolls" does not affect the good people of UFA Fort Saskatchewan.

Surprised at how much there was! Can't wait for their renovations to finish and check it out again! Good quality tools and equipment for quite a bit. I'll definitely be going back and hopefully dont need to go to home depot other than for lumber:)

The absolute worst customer service in the world. Went in last weekend to buy horse feed, which is a whole new level of disappointment. Three people standing at the counter, waited a solid 3 minutes before even being acknowledged that i was there, not one "hello" "can I help you" nothing as entering the store, another customer walked up beside me, I told him loudly that he would be waiting a while to be noticed, the very rude blond woman rolled her eyes. Then finally a younger guy helped. The yard staff should teach the front counter staff about customer service. Now the feed. I use hoffmans, every single time I go there the bags are moldy and they refuse to take them back even though they have the lot numbers from the bag, then give some bs excuse about returns when not one other feed store does this, i have never had an issue returning feed at cloverbar or G&E. Definitely will not be returning anytime soon.

Came to buy gates and some other supplies. Were immediately met with a painfully rude and obnoxious attitude problem from the blonde at the front. Yard guy was super nice and helpful. Seems that every other 1 star review on here involves that lady at the front. Just because we never want to have to deal with her ever again we will buy from somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. The blonde lady clearly there just for a paycheck and not the paying customers. Aswell Wouldn't sell me fiskes skin and wound salve without a PID. Had to go to Sherwood Peavy where I purchased no issue and they had it ready on counter for me. It's a shame because I just spent 2k on fencing last week here and this front desk is weak. I'd start from scratch get some people who care slightly.

Worse Customer service ever. the blonde lady and the old rude guy behind the counter cost them a lot of business and money, (and I doubt they care)but a business i work with would have bought, 40000 fence post(yes 6 super Bs of fence post) and, barbwire for about 200 mile fence, but got it from another company, because of the rude Customer service,

the staff are extremely rude to the employees(Victoria is very rude ) and even yell at them in front of customers, the managers don't even manage the store properly,the store is always out of stock they really need to clean up their act and stop acting like entitled people and start treating their employees like people this is beyond ridiculous.
