It was our first time going while visiting family and we we're impressed with how a family of 4 was only $16! Extremely affordable place to go with the kids. The kiddie pool was great with a good selection of toys for them to play in the water with. The water was also nice and warm. The staff were friendly and inviting. Although it was a good experience, this public facility was definitely not up to par with cleanliness as one would expect unfortunately. The change rooms, namely the family rooms, were quite filthy. The floor was covered in filth with a lot of hair and dirt from previous patrons. There were a lot of staff present that could have done some rounds. I felt like getting a mop and bucket myself 😂 definitely ensure everyone brings proper footwear if using these change rooms.

Great small town pool has a baby shallow pool a kids pool from 0.5m to 0.6m and a large pool with lanes as well as steam room and hot tub the waterside had its own separate pool to fall into so the others keep nice calm waters we will definitely be there again ended up getting a family punch pass 10 sessions for 150.00

Front desk staff were nice, pool facilities were good too. Lifeguards were rude. Despite not being listed in the pool schedule and the front staff saying we could use a different pool, a group started and we were rudely asked to leave by the lifeguards “it’s your time to leave now”.

Honestly, it's one of the best pools for toddlers/babies. I've found in lethbridge that the pools are not toddler friendly. I absolutely love the kids' space for my toddler. The toys they have out the warmth of the water! The only issue I have is BULLY MOMS. I go regularly with my toddler and try to make it a weekly routine. Twice now, I've dealt with moms who are just so rude and are such bullys. I've had a mom laugh and make fun of my toddler for being upset about a toy that is so sad for a mom to laugh at another mothers child. Another time, my toddler was laughing, playing, and splashing. I apologized to her, and she was complaining to her friend about splashing and kept giving my son dity looks. To, the moms who want to be bullies! Grow up, do better, and be better.

My daughter took lessons at the pool. We love the small class sizes and how great the guards and instructors are.
