Received a wonderful batch of food poisoning from the fish they Sold me . Fish smelled off and the place smelled like an old sock. Should have been my first clue to run. Place was empty. Reached out to the manager, she wore at me and hung up. Trying to support local businesses. Codfather's Seafood Market it is from now on. And I don't write that many bad reviews. But due to food poisoning. You're the lucky one. Or unlucky one. And funny you think for poisoning is a hard to please customer. . Good people get rewarded. Funny how that works. You or your worker did swear. Sorry to burst your bubble . You or she swore. I should have recorded your distasteful words. You or whomever swore and then hung up. (It was a lady) Perhaps new workers are needed ? This review was much needed. The place empty. Should have been my first clue. Smelly and not very clean. I will be calling the health board TOMORROW ASAP, and Kelowna folks need to know what your serving. Word of mouth is everything. Thank you . And I will be supporting COD FATHER'S. I had a wonderful experience in fisherman's market today!!! And as I sit...eating the most delicious tequila line candied salmon I've ever had!!!!i will write a great review not only for great seafood and prices but staff are amazing!!! Friendly ...knowledgeable pumped up!!!! So nice to shop !!! Great experience!!!

The fish is always fresh and I love that it's individually packed so you can just put it the freezer. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Customer appreciation day was amazing with really good buys on the fish

The best seafood in Kelowna. Great service and knowledgable staff. The fresh salmon is second to none and they have sushi grade tuna. The digby scallops are the nicest i've seen. On our next visit from Calgary we will be stocking up.

Amazing fresh seafood, staff are always incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way many times to package for travel or provide coolers/ice packs for storage or transport home. Clean store with many great and delicious products - definitely try the smoked salmon spread. Great deals on bulk boxes of flash frozen fish as well. Highly recommend.

Turned me away cause I came in without a mask. I let young store clerk know that I have an exemption. He didn’t care at all just asked me to leave regardless. Was about to drop about $200 on fish packs. Won’t be returning to this place.

As a former employee of the Kamloops store, I just have to say that they almost cut a halibut as well as Gina ;) Jk guys, just know that if you need high quality seafood, the only reliable place is the Fishermans market. Seafood from the coast to Kelowna in around the same time it would take to get to your average retailer in Vancouver.

Unbelievable store! The seafood here is the highest quality with the best prices. An added bonus is the exceptional service. If your lucky enough to have Corey serve you, you will be met with a friendly smile and learn something new about seafood! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for something fresh from the west coast sea.

Great fish/seafood market. I have never been disappointed with our purchases. We have ordered crew packs online and we like to visit the store because there is so much variety. The staff is always very helpful by answering questions and making suggestions. Try out the recipes online because they are very easy to make and delicious to eat.

I've been a long time customer of this shop, attended many of your fantastic events and am always impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and friendliness of the staff. Their response to Covid and the switch to having everything in sealed packaging was quick and is great for stocking up. Always go out of my way to visit this shop!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I’ve learned to shuck oysters from them, and gotten great seafood recommendations for homemade sushi. And I love their halibut sales!
