This review is well overdue but I think is worth it. My wife, son, and I were moving to Sault Ste. Marie from the Caribbean and having issues finding a property consultant who would find the right place for us in a timely manner. I eventually reached out to Tana Quinton of Williams & McDaniel. Tana was not only warm in her communication and courteous, but she also made us feel like finding us the ideal apartment was priority to her. She kept up with us daily throughout the process and ensured we were able to remotely tour the prospective apartments. Tana eventually found us an apartment my family love and call home.

The building is beautiful and very convenient location.They care about security, snow removal, cleanliness, fire inspections, and more. The unit is very spacious, and has a wonderful view. The building manager, Viola, is a wonderful person. She walked me through the apartment and was very detailed explaining me everything.

Viola, the building manager of Williams & McDaniel Property here in Soo, is one of the kindest, accommodating, and friendliest person I knew. She has been helpful in our application to get an apartment in this property, as well as to answer all our questions and concerns. She is truly amazing. I’m glad that I got an apartment here. My family enjoy the property so much. Hassle free transaction and very straightforward.

My experience living in this well-maintained apartment has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by a sense of warmth and hospitality that has continued throughout my stay. The management team's commitment to maintaining the property and ensuring residents' satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the condominium. First and foremost, the property's upkeep is outstanding. The common areas are consistently clean, well-lit, and the front garden is beautifully landscaped. Moreover, the security measures in place provide peace of mind, and I've always felt safe in this apartment. Isabelle deserves special commendation for her responsiveness and attentiveness to residents' needs. Excellent job Isabelle! Keep it up and thank you so much.

I recently moved into 83 Conroy Crescent and want to share how awesome Stravka the property manager has been. She is so helpful, kind, understanding and just so sweet. She brought us homemade food the day we moved in for energy..tonight she gifted me with a beautiful picture as a housewarming gift 🎁. She keeps this building spotless!! I lived at Erb Court apartments for 4 years. I had a very good experience and lovely memories. Our superintendents Chris and Kari are amazing people. They go above and beyond to help everyone and keeping the space clean and in order, all that with maintaining beautiful smiles and positive spirit! I really appreciate all they do. The only downside to my experience here has been the fast turn over for superintendents. I have had 4 different superintendents in 4 years. All of them have worked very hard and helped so much. I am moving out now. But I really hope the property management hold very tight to their superintendents and provide them more support, training, and patience for the benefit of this beautiful community. All the best

It has been almost 6 months living on Hillcrest Apartments from Williams & McDaniels, and I'm really glad to say that I'm having such a good experience! I lived at 219 London rd w and I have lots of praise to give! The neighbours are quiet, never seem to bother each other, and the visitors parking is an awesome bonus. The grounds and the interiors of the buildings are extremely clean and regularly maintained. Of course, the apartment I was in is very nice— never had any issues — and the on site laundry is of high quality. Overall it was a great experience living here! Thank you to the staff!

I’ve been here for almost 9 years and i have no complaint. It’s quiet and i feel safe all the time. The neighbours are alsoamazing and the building is well- maintained. the place (76 Allard St) is an absolute gem that seamlessly combines comfort, convenience, and tranquility. We love living here. As for Viola, her kindness and approachability create an inviting atmosphere, making it easy for us to connect with her.

I wanted to take a moment to share my review for the property management/ building management and especially Candy. Any concerns or issues, they are quick to respond and step in to help. My brother has had an apartment through McDaniel rentals for a few years. Candy has been so gracious and helpful since his residence and we appreciate her very much! She cares for her tenants and wants everyone to be happy with their living space and is such a great communicator. Not many landlords are understanding and personable, but Candy sure it! Thank you
