The location is great. Each room has harbour water view. We didn’t use the swimming pool and hot tub due to the cold weather. But I saw people are using them. Parking is free. Wi-Fi cost money but very reasonable price. There is an elevator for each building. Walking distance to the parliament building and downtown. There is a Starbucks and thrifty food store nearby. Steps away from Fisherman’s wharf. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would come back to this place definitely.

Coming to Victoria from Washington is a pleasant ferry ride from Pt Angeles, and the immediate architecture you see, informs you that you are in another country. What a great experience.

I stayed for a week in a two bedroom suite overlooking fisherman’s wharf. The unit was really well kept with great features and a wonderful view. The staff were excellent as well. They really added to the experience and comfort by making people feel relaxed and at home. I will definitely stay here again.

Very helpful reception staff. Maintainence staff knowledgeable and willing to help. Good location, on a quiet street, but in a busy area. Good parking facilities. Good views of the harbour, with such a lot going on, easy to pass time watching the boats and seaplanes

Lovely place to stay! Rooms are clean. The unit has everything you need. The hot tub is a family favorite. Fantastically situated, close to many sights.

Fabulous views of James Bay. Terrific, well designed condos. Friendly staff. Great location with a few restaurants in walking distance. Would be happy to come back and hang out for another week. Ferry from Port Angeles was convenient and well organized. Customs in Victoria BC and Port Angeles was a breeze.

We had beautiful views overlooking the Fisherman’s Wharf area from this lovely two-bedroom corner suite. It is the ideal location within walking distance to the Inner Harbour. We had a delightful time at the WorldMark as always.

The room was great, only it had very dark walls painted a darker color, so it was darker than was good for me. I really need lots of light for my well-being. The View was superb! Our room had everything we would need. The kitchen had the extra things you might need, like a blender or kettle decent quality pots to cook with. The room even had a washer and dryer. It had two bathrooms too. We enjoyed it very much! Very close walking distance to the museum and parliament buildings. It was a delight to stay here. Thank you to the staff for helping make our stay so pleasant. All photos of the outside were taken through the window of the room.

The property is situated close to Fisherman's Wharf but a vehicle is recommended to get around to the tourist attractions - or comfortable shoes and a fair amount of time. The amenities are good, but you do need to pay for Internet service. Each room has a good view and is very comfortable. Be mindful that it is a very equipped kitchen; however, the pots and pans are well used so be careful about burning food.

Stayed mid December 2022. 2 bedroom suite was gorgeous. Very clean and well stocked. Great view of Harbour. Upstairs guest flooded bathroom and water poured into our bathroom. We had to move units, a few doors away, les desirable view. Which is a pain to pack up, etc. All else very đź‘Ť

Beautiful and large rooms! This is our second time staying here and sure to be more in our future! The heated pool and hot tub are lovely and relaxing. Parking is easy and plentiful. The location is superb! I love seeing the sea planes take off and land. You can also see the cruise ships coming in and of course the fantastic view of fisherman's wharf!

Staff was very pleasant and super helpful - dining suggestions, calling a cab for you, etc. Bonus - i forgot a jacket and they had a courier company in contact with me in short order. Being from the states and already on the ferry it was bomb feature! Great location. Beds were nice, room overall was decent. Not a fan of the living room furniture. I didn't find the couch or chair comfortable (boxy, coarse, minimal padding) and no reclining. Read on the floor or in bed. That's my third visit there.

Great location, plus indoor secured parking is available.5 minutes walk to fisherman's wharf. Nice swimming pool. The Jacuzzi was not hot and with a limited capacity of 10 people. Always packed with people. For a 6 level , 2 building complex. While I was in the Jacuzzi, show lots of people come wait a little while, then leave disappointed. There is a separate Jacuzzi for kids, but the water was too cold. So no kids used it. They used the adult Jacuzzi. No ac in the rooms. We were there when it was hot, had to use a noisy fan, to keep cool. The front desk was willing to give extra coffee and soap upon request. Short walk to the inner harbor with lots of eating places, and activities going on.

I love staying here for my annual personal retreat. It's in walking distance to the ferry, great restaurants, a malland "the tourist boulevard". There's also a small Fisherman's Wharf next door, with decent food and a water taxi to get to other parts of the island. The rooms are always kept updated and the amenities are nice (a gym with a waterview, a hot tub, a large pool, and walking trails).

Terrible.. terrible. terrible. Booked a penthouse suite with hot tub for our 53rd wedding anniversary. This is our 5th year of having a penthouse for our anniversary here in Victoria. Booked 7 months ago, and requested a suite on the upper floors as before. We were excited about a romantic anniversary. Upon checking in we were shocked that they gave us a room on the 1st floor right next to the common pool where people could walk right around and look into our hot tub and room. What a terrible start to what was supposed to be a romantic anniversary to celebrate 53 years of marriage.

Exactly what we expected from a WorldMark stay - lovely rooms, comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchen, outdoor pool and hot tub, convenient parking, and a great location. I appreciated the gym and the staff was available whenever needed. Beautiful views, too. It was an easy walk to the ferry and all the hot spots in Victoria. We'll definitely be back!

Timeshare apartments, recently refurbished and look great, most with views of the harbour. Facilities include outdoor heated pool and spa, gym, underground parking. Convenient for fisherman's wharf.

Our family enjoyed an extended vacation in room 4114 during the Victoria holiday weekend. We also saw 3 other rooms from related family. It didn't seem overly busy, the downtown hub was walkable, and we were next to Fisherman's Wharf for restaurants or water taxi. No food was provided by the hotel, but there are kitchen or dine out options. The rooms were modern and clean, although ours had issues with the dishwasher and one toilet. The dishwasher was missing the soap cover so out didn't clean well. The toilet did not flush well and clogged a few times. The kid pool and hot tub were nice amenities. The main pool seemed a bit on the small side but all were good otherwise. The elevators were reasonably fast. Some rooms have decent decks ours barely could fit a chair on it. We did however have a larger than typical living room. Hotel staff were agreeable.

This particular WorldMark location is fantastic. On the harbor view side you can see the ferry, watch planes land and take off from the water, and see a draw bridge in action in the distance. Its only a 15 or 20 minute walk along the water to get downtown to see the sights so driving isn't necessary for many things. The property itself is well-maintained and the staff are attentive and helpful. Right across the street is a great Italian restaurant also worth visiting.

Fantastic location in Victoria, BC, Canada. Yes, you need a passport to stay here. You can ferry shuttle from Seattle or fly into Sydney, BC and rent a car. Large resort overlooking the harbor and bay where you can view seaplanes landing and even the famous Empress Hotel. You can walk or even take a sea shuttle into town. So worth your time to be close to London without taking an 11 hour flight.

Great harbor location close to float plane, ferry and water taxi. 15-30 minutes walking for groceries, live theater, shopping and museums. Local bus stop near by. Often traveling alone I always feel safe and welcome here. South side rooms can get toasty with the sun shining through the many windows.

Wonderful location! If you are lucky, book the outer perimeter rooms that have an incredible view of the inner harbor. You will be rewarded with fireworks!

Awesome spot… great location for everything Victoria has to offer. The staff is outstanding and nice. Nicola deserves a raise as she went above and beyond. Try to get a location that you can view the harbor planes taking off.

Stayed in a large 2 bedroom. Space was clean and had everything you could need. Great outdoor pool and hot tub. The location is just a short walk to downtown where you can find plenty of entertainment/food and tours.

Clean facility, spacious rooms, beautiful location. Staff is always helpful. Pool is clean, has amazing view. Only complaint is rooms in the suites don't have good ventilation. But leaving patio door open brings in beautiful breeze.

Lovely location overlooking fisherman’s wharf and Victoria. One thing to remember it can be a little noisy due to sea planes and bigger ferry boats blasting their air horns it’s not that often but if it’s to much for you maybe harbour front isn’t for you. Staff is friendly and amenities are well kept and apartments are spotless

Worldmark cancelled our stay the day of arrival, on a long weekend when we were traveling with children. No explanation was offered and when I asked for one they hung up on me twice. This reservation was made several months in advance and was a non-refundable booking confirmed just days ago. Do not recommend due to very poor customer service. Edited to add: I see there is an invitation to call. When we tried that we were disconnected. Way to improve would be to not cancel a reservation the day of.

  • 5/5 Christina C. 2 years ago on Google
Wonderful place to disconnect for a weekend. Enjoyed the peace of James Bay, hot tubbing in the evening and morning tea on our balcony. Staff are fantastic đź‘Ź and if anything is not right they fix it quickly.

Run down resort, not maintained as per worldmark standards. Fully equipped unit minus dish rack.where are you expected to put your pots and pans after washing..Door stoppers broken entry and bathroom door. Holes in bottom of patio door for dust, cold air and bugs to come in. Staff at reception need to be a bit more polite to owners .Our monthly dues is what pays their wages

This is a great place to stay with various size rooms - all with kitchens! The facilities are very clean and the amenities include W/d, pool, hot tub and fitness room. The hot tub was under repair when we were there however they did say you could use the hot tub at the Coast hotel next door (we didn’t want to walk that far as it was chilly out). We were in a 2 bedroom (queen and 2 twins) that also had a Murphy wall bed and pull out couch bed. There was lots of room and they had everything you needed including salt and pepper, shampoo, laundry soap etc. The w/d are not huge but they are very handy to have! The only reason for the 4 rating was the check out time. Majority of hotels we have stayed at are an 11:00 check out or later. The 10:00 check out seems a but early when you are only allowed to check in at 4:00 pm.

Great family oriented hotel with a heated pool (up to 5ft deep) and 2 hot tubs. Rooms are clean, large and super well equipped, including full kitchen with oven and washer/dryer. Property is located on the harbor next to a nice trail and touristy shops, creating a nice vacation experience. You also see water plane, boats and ferries go by (minor noise). Kids enjoyed it a lot.

I wanted to give 6/5 rating but it's not possible. The view and amenities! My family stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in mid April 2022. The two bedroom accommodation is amazing with all the amenities you need for a home. Kitchen utensils are new and solid. My wife and her friend had fun cooking while chatting. The bedroom view toward the wharf cannot be discounted! If you are lucky.. you can see some seals swimming along the nearby shores. View from our room attached. We had a fantastic time! Management and hotel reservation staff were amazing too!
