This
is
a
great
little
mom
n’
pop
shop
for
dumplings.
I
would
absolutely
give
them
5
stars
for
effort
and
hard
work.
As
for
the
dumplings
I’m
a
tough
customer
as
I’ve
eaten
dumplings
in
Hong
Kong,
different
parts
of
China
including
Shanghai
and
Beijing,
and
in
Vancouver.
The
filling
is
tasty
but
the
dough
wrapper
is
too
thick
for
my
taste.
The
ratio
of
meat
to
dough
wrapper
is
off.
I
ate
them
by
cutting
it
in
half
and
I
mostly
got
dough
and
not
enough
meat.
The
vinegar
isn’t
sour
enough
thus
a
little
bland.
I
went
home
and
mixed
the
vinegar
with
minced
ginger,
chili
oil
and
more
vinegar
to
get
the
kick
I’m
used
to.
I
like
spicy
so
their
chili
oil
wasn’t
spicy
enough
for
me.
This
is
of
course
an
individual
preference.
I
likely
won’t
be
back
anytime
soon
to
pick
up
dumplings
as
it’s
quite
a
far
drive
for
me.
However
I
give
huge
kudos
for
this
family-run
business
and
wish
them
all
the
success!
