Fantastic locally ran family business. We picked up 100 frozen handmade dumplings. The dumplings cooked easily, well balanced ratio of meat & veg, dumpling skin was also perfect not too thin or thick. Most importantly they taste amazing, they had very good flavour. Owner and staff were so friendly and kind, definitely will be back!!

What an amazing little places this is… The SERVICES excellent super fast. You can run in and out of there in about 10 minutes if she’s not busy.. Ordered the platter for $24… It was huge… Probably three people could eat it maybe four. The dough was delicate and not doughy - like some places can be.. amazing meal for the money. All the dumplings were excellent!!

Perfectly dumplings hard to find in Calgary. Although its very easy to make but still require good quality ingredients and good control of temperature and time. They nailed it! Its so yummy with first bite and you feel the juicy exploded in your mouth. Highly recommend pick the crispy (water fried) its even better. Their homemade chili oil is good pairing with the dumplings. Spicy yet full of aroma.

This is a great little mom n’ pop shop for dumplings. I would absolutely give them 5 stars for effort and hard work. As for the dumplings I’m a tough customer as I’ve eaten dumplings in Hong Kong, different parts of China including Shanghai and Beijing, and in Vancouver. The filling is tasty but the dough wrapper is too thick for my taste. The ratio of meat to dough wrapper is off. I ate them by cutting it in half and I mostly got dough and not enough meat. The vinegar isn’t sour enough thus a little bland. I went home and mixed the vinegar with minced ginger, chili oil and more vinegar to get the kick I’m used to. I like spicy so their chili oil wasn’t spicy enough for me. This is of course an individual preference. I likely won’t be back anytime soon to pick up dumplings as it’s quite a far drive for me. However I give huge kudos for this family-run business and wish them all the success!

Tried the steamed pork dumplings, suimai, wontons, chili oil. Everything was soooo delicious. Perfectly wrapped, none broken, and super flavourful. I deeply regret not buying a bottle of their chili oil to take home. Reccomendations for first timers: get the chili oil, and leave the staff a nice tip!!! They truly deserve it. Such nice and hard working people. The man even came outside to look for us to hand us our order as fresh as possible.

First time walking into this hot spot for some of the best dumplings I've ever tried...was warmly greeted not only by the staff but was welcomed into the back end to view the hand made process that they do to make each dumpling... I highly recommend this place to anyone an everyone , I was fortunate to try the pork dumplings which were mouthwatering goodness.. I look forward to the many more years to come where I will venture from the deep south up north for these bite-sized delights.... thanks again for being authentic an caring of your customers even us new ones... from your new loyal customer Chris.C

These are truly the best dumplings i’ve ever had! You won’t be disappointed if you give Deng’s Dumplings a try! Definitely worth the hype! The staff member helping us was also very kind!

We decided to come here on a whim and were pleasantly surprised by this place. It’s a hidden gem!! The staff are very welcoming and were quick to make recommendations for us because we had never been here before. Compared to other Chinese restaurants, this menu is not overwhelming - it’s clear that they’ve perfected the dumpling and love what they do. The space is simple, modern, clean and well taken care of. Everything we ate was perfection. Fresh and loaded with flavour. Next time we will be ordering frozen bags to take home!
