    I purchased a new hot tub through Marios, and it had multiple issues from the factory (no fault of Marios). The customer support and service I received was AMAZING, and I felt like the staff bent over backwards to make things right. The owner called and assured me that they would resolve all issues to my satisfaction, or they would buy the tub back. They were true to their word, and I was left with the feeling that there are VERY few businesses around that offer this level of customer service. LOVE my hot tub, and I feel like I have an ally in maintaining my hot tub. I would give them 12 stars if I could.

    What can I say... both new to the area and brand new to swimming pools. The people here at Mario's Pool and Spa have been friendly.. polite.. knowledgeable and most of all very patient with my many many questions.. they have been encouraging and so far sold me very little in the way of supplies. Very very impressed with this business on all levels!

    4 year review. I bought my hot-tub 4 years ago. My hot tub is still working great. I go there to get my supplies. Friendly staff. Food for thought when purchasing a hot tub The only issue I have is after your warranty is up it’s over 200 an hour to service your machine.

    Customer service is some of the best I have experienced!! We bought a Hydropool hot tub from them during Covid about 2 years ago. Have never had an issue with it since it was delivered….noticed it was loosing some water a few weeks ago spoke to Joey( I think) and he started the paper trail, told me I was out of factory warranty period but not by much(9-10 days) and they would see what’s up and help me any way they could. He asked me to keep an eye on it and confirm water loss wasn’t just from normal use and evaporation ….fast forward a couple weeks I call back, I definitely have a slow leak, Jill looks right after me. Passes my request along to Nick and service team. The 2 young fellas(I didn’t get their names) that show up 2 days later know their stuff, find the problem come up with a cost effective fix and Mario’s covers the labor out of good will. Not saying they will always be able to pull that off but they did everything right and looked after me as a customer, ensuring I will always be a customer. Well done!!

    Bought my 24 foot above ground pool 3 years ago from Mario's. I have had pools for over 10 years. Never had any issues, this year it took almost 3 weeks to open and clear. Not sure if it was my well water or the warmer spring. Either way their customer service and advice was excellent. Thanks again for all you help and patience.

    I took a big plunge and bought a hot tub without shopping around. I decided to go with marios because i had seen on facebook something about their customer service. Well let me tell you. They are absolutely the best. The day i bought my tub, i spend over an hour with this lovely lady name paula. She had so much patients and answered all my questions. Then my tub got delivered and the boys were awesome at helping me set my tub the way i wanted it. I had a vision and they helped me achieve it and they made it work. I love their messenger app. They get back to you within seconds. Being a first time owner, they walked me threw the start up process of chemicals. And if they cant fix it over the messenger app by talking you threw it, they show up at your house within hours. I am above and beyond satisfied with the customer service, also a big thank you to nick who(even though i had a cheat cheat instruction) on chemical use. He took the time to explain everything to me on the phone, also thank you to the owner himself, Mario for driving to my house when i had questions on a few things. Thanks again mario pool and spa

    Most companies , including Mario’s, are great with sales, but very few are great with after sale customer service. I cannot express how impressed I was today, after having an issue with my pump. They were outstanding, no issue at all, no questions, it was simply replaced, with an apology for the issue. I will wholeheartedly recommend them for your pool and hot tub needs. I don’t think I’ve ever been so pleasantly surprised.

    Called them first thing in the morning. A couple of things needed fixing. They were there, fixed everything quickly, and done by early afternoon. The price was very reasonable and less than what I thought it would be. Thanks!

    I highly recommend going to see Tony Lyons on the Sales Team! He is super knowledgeable and makes things very easy to understand! He definitely took the stress out of the purchase, and the maintenance required for our hot tub! After three days in operation our hot tub stopped working properly. I phoned Mario’s and within the hour I had a repair person evaluating the situation and he left to get a part. Within the next hour a second repair person arrived with the part. Within that hour the tub was back up and running and the issue was covered under warranty. Three hours from start to finish! I was extremely impressed with their overall customer service! 🤩
