Very very happy and grateful that I finally got to have my birthday dinner here because I’ve always wanted to! We got the free mantou and marbled beef for waiting an hour when we reserved for 8 PM but the last group wouldn’t budge so we just had to wait but we got snacks and were fine. Service was phenomenal as always, loved the over the top celebrations and absolutely love their tomato soup base, one of the best ones. Secret codes were fun to use as always, and really had a wonderful time here, thanks HaiDiLao!!!

Plenty choices at salad bar with fresh fruits. We had beef and is very good quality and tender. Icecream in a cup is great. Latte is free. I also got a toy for my grand daughter. The lunch special is excellent with only 1.95 per box of 8 slices of beef or pork.

The soup bases were pretty great! I really like how you can input half or full orders. Nice variety of options to pick from. Our server, Barry, was super helpful and attentive. He made the whole dining experience pleasant and smooth. It's a great place to go for celebrations!

The institution is quite noisy, you constantly have to shout over it. You have to be ready for it. It is necessary to reserve a table in advance if there are more than 3 people. There are also 2 guest rooms that look very comfortable for a birthday party. I really liked the children's room and the gifts. Very nice staff and waiters. The food is fresh and tasty.

I just left this place, and the food is great! There was 5 of us, one child. We had May as our server, and she is great! She got all of our food to our table on time, gave us free presents which was very sweet! I had a big puffer jacket, and a purse, and May helped us put them away in a cubby under the chairs! Which was so thoughtful! We got good service, fast cleanup, and a lot of good smiles. She gave us recommendations for food, what was good, how to cook our meat to the right tasting, sauce recommendations, and so much more! At the end, we spent about $300, and went home with a very very full stomach, and a happy mood. We had ice cream for desert, and it was delicious! May is kind! And she speaks Mandarin! Once we were about to leave, she greeted us out to the front!

Definitely my new favorite hot pot place. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and impeccable service! Price is definitely worth it for the quality of soup, meat, and veggies. Highlights: - They have single, double, or quarter soup base options so you can try a variety of soups at once - The waiting room has complimetary drinks and snacks. So fancy. - You get an apron to protect your clothes from splatter - Little robot delivers your food to your table! - Full sauce bar that also has desserts and fresh fruit. Keep in mind, sauce is extra cost. - Free ice cream dessert at the end. Reservations are recommended as its quite busy. I highly recommend.

Initially I was overwhelmed with so much that were happening there, but once settled, it was all fun!! Loved the dancers and noodle stretching performance! Everyone there was nice, courteous and having good time! We enjoyed the hot pot a lot. There were so many options. We also liked the salad/snack/dessert bar. My favorites for hot pot were beef tongue, shrimp paste, fish tofu, and cheese wiener. This place is definitely worth trying and be sure to get an apron! Look

I have the best experience at Hadilao. The food is amazing and the service never fails me. The wait was a little bit long but it all worth it. I went here on mid-autumn night and got the moon cake for free. I recommend try the tomato soup, my most favorite soup! Also, I got those little cute fans at the end and I’m so happy 🤍 Especially thank you Nori as she tried to find the watermelon fan for me 🥹🫶
