It was a positive experience right when I stepped through the door. The receptionist was friendly, and my time in the waiting room was very short. When I got in I had a nice Window view of the Main Street. Hygienists were professional and friendly, and my teeth were cleaned up in a jiffy. Dr. Tom was very friendly and approachable, well spoken, while fairly humourous when the appropriate time came. Professional and easy-to-get-along-with staff, along with a great location, and good free parking availability. 32 clean teeth out of 32.

They are so lovely kind and respectful here. I didn't once feel uncomfortable or judged thankyou so much. They are such wonderful people gentle work and fast as well so happy to have found them for my dental work.

Very friendly staff all around, receptionist especially! The dentist took the time to explain everything, made sure to address the issue causing my son’s tooth pain immediately, and was very compassionate. And the office is beautiful which is just an added benefit. I was so relieved leaving there! Thank you guys for going the extra mile!

My first introduction to the clinic. Both the dental assistant and Dr Lavoie LISTENED to me. Both were very gentle and kind to me which is important to me because of my anxiety with dentists overall. I will be going back with less fear than I have had in decades.

So happy we switched to this Dental clinic. Staff are excellent, friendly, helpful. Dr Lavoie is the best. Very friendly, warm atmosphere. Very clear on what is being done, and on pricing. I appreciate being told what costs to expect, especially since I pay out of pocket. No add on costs, or unexpected amounts on my bill, as I've experienced at other Dental offices. We will be staying with this clinic.
