I have nothing but the highest praise for the service department at Boundary Ford. Lauren Oullette and the service staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and really saved me a lot of misery and money. I have a little knowledge of vehicle maintenance but there was a major issue (so I thought) with the transmission, so I decided to leave it in the hands of the professionals. Not only did they get me in sooner than expected, they found the issue and remedied it at a fraction of the cost I thought it was going to be. I didn’t get a chance to talk to the technician, but I want to make sure they are recognized for their excellent work.
