5 stars down to 1 sadly. The staff don't know anything anymore, the store is difficult to navigate with all the changing. All the helpful employees are gone and customer service isn't a requirement to work here clearly now. Used to be the best lens location... you're better to go out of town to Hamilton if you can to the fabric stores there.

I happened to come in here on a whim. I have literally been looking for a specific baking item in at least 20 different stores. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was greeted by Selina as soon as I came in and I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She immediately knew where it was and when I found it, I bought every single one in the store. Such a trivial thing but it literally made my month! I haven't been in this location since they moved and I will definitely be back. Lots of great finds and hidden gems. My wife was also very impressed. Thanks Selina!!!

Good place to go for fabric, knitting/crochet supplies, and crafts. Go to the website to look for coupons and specials. Has some clothing and home decor also. Lots find here. Prices are decent, and craft supplies can be cheaper than some $ stores.

There was a long line up, two clerks were helping people with numerous fabrics, third clerk decided it was time to put stock back...couldn't she wait until there was no line-up and assist in reducing the line-up? Wait time was too long, could have been managed differently

I have had the ultimate pleasure of being served by Nicholas a few times. He has been an encouraging and suggestive mentor for a few projects and you can tell he has a passion for people and fabrics. I also have been helped by Victoria on a few occasions and the scissors she suggested have been instrumental. I love your store but I come back because (when your not slammed with the fabric mobs) the employees have been so pleasant, kind, humble and just honest good people. Keep it up!!! Give them 2 or 4 gold stars lol. Thanks for making me love to sew more.

Had never been to a Len's before. This place was great! I was overwhelmed by the selection of fabric! Looking for a specific item, I was helped by Marilyn who was just lovely and wonderful! She helped me find exactly what I needed and was so kind--me being a novice sewist. Whatever she's being paid, it isn't enough! I wish I lived closer to Guelph and could get back there easily but I guess I'll have to try another Len's store next time.

Used the 30 percent coupon to get nylon scrubby yarn to make a pond filter. It is strong allows water to flow thru but catches big debris like leaves and pine needles. Since my diy biological filter is a big size , it needed a hand made blister since I did not want to pay hundreds of dollars.

Very dissappinted when I got my fabric and realized it was cut crooked. I lost about a foot of length of my blanket! Make sure to check the cut before you purchase.

***I want to start out by saying that the employees at the fabric counter are so lovely and doing the best they can with a terrible system.*** October 20th we asked for 3 yards of a fabric and were only given 2. Two days later when we went to start the project and noticed we went back but they were now out of the fabric. We were told that they could order some in and to leave our number and they would call us back in a week when it was in. November 4th we still hadn't heard anything so we called the store and we're told that they had no record of us having anything being ordered in but they'd dig around and call us back. November 12th still no call so we went in and were told the wrong colour had been sent but they would have the correct one in soon and would call us. We called back a couple times through December and also emailed the store with no luck. January 6th we went back into the store and still there was no word on the order and we were told it was unlikely that they would be able to find the fabric, but that we could leave our number and they'd call... we ended up just getting a different fabric which was a shame because the original was so perfect. The systems the store uses are horribly out of date, everything is kept track of on scraps of paper and the only way the locations communicate with one another is through a group chat which some locations just don't answer. None of their stock is inventoried in any kind of database. Obviously this is not a problem if they have what you ask for and give you the right amount, but if they don't its probably better to cut your losses than deal with their terrible systems for months on end. Again the staff at the fabric counter were very kind and did their absolute best with a system that is not set up to help them in any way. They are 5 star people working within a one star establishment.
